Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some towel rails in the bathroom would have been helpful
It is still a very new Hotel so The facilities are in good condition. The pool was excellent and the room was nicely finished.

I’ve been to Ksamil many times, and Central Park Premium Hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I booked a Suite with Pool View — the room was super comfortable, spacious, and always very clean. The hotel has a really chill vibe, and the pool is beautiful that’s perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The staff were incredible — always helpful, friendly, and welcoming with a smile. Highly recommend for couples, families, or groups of friends. I’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast presentation should be more elaborate. The variety should be increased a little more. There was a lot of unnecessary fruit tea instead of black tea. Frequent power cuts in the Ksamil area cause the lift to be disabled. Beds and pillows are too hard.
Hotel is brand new.. Rooms are spacious and modern design. Everywhere is shining. Hotel Just begin to service on on July.. Pool view is great and nearby small cafes.. Trpl and Quad room is enough spaces for the family. If you are looking quality accomodation do not seach another place..

New brand hotel. Congratulate to family that owns it , after everything looks that works perfect and its ideal to spend summer vocation. It has a spacious outdoor pool with a lot of place to relax We was for short time but, if we re going to visit again ksamil will be our place for sure

Its a new brand hotel , and we were happy to be maybe first or second family check in there. It was very beautiful inside and outside, the room it is big and very comfortable. The pool was massive and also the breakfast had many options to eat .

This hotel is new building from this year ! Everything is new ! I like the room interior, tasty breakfast around the pool is amazing feeling! The location is perfect, it one 2 min by walk to the city center and 5 min to the best beacies! The staff is so kind and helpful! We will come back for sure 🙂

Slippery tiles around the pool. Our room was not completely done, still missing shower door.
Nice pool area, parking place available, quiet and powerful airco, walking distance to restaurants.
