we were disappointed that we couldn’t really use the small pool. In August the water was very cold, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy, even though such a pool could easily be heated. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially with such a beautiful view.

We had a lovely 2-night stay with our family in this cozy and very clean place. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We tried several restaurants in Shkoder, but the dinner here stood out as the best. Laundry service was also available, making our stay even more convenient. Definitely a highly recommended spot to relax and enjoy

-The entrance on the main road is undergoing maintainance which might get confusing for tourists. 2- there are some city work on the river infront of the rooms which was loud and and annoying. 3- the location is around 10 minutes drive to the center, not an issue if you have a car. But the staff were very helpful and attending and the security is very good at the location.

The staff are very helpful and kind, its located behind a local restaurant which gets very busy at night, for breakfast you have the option to get it in the room or in the restaurant, restaurant is busy and i tried their food for dinner and it was clean and good.

There are roadworks going on outside the hotel, and whilst we couldn't hear them, they made walking in the immediate vicinity harder.

The welcome from all staff, and the help we got with organising our trips, especially from Eli, was exceptional.

The four villas are very new, well designed and in a lovely setting on the river overlooking the castle. Only a 10 min drive into Shkoder. Staff are very helpful, arranged take away breakfast for us as we were leaving early in the morning. Would recommend.

Nothing at all everything was perfect. If you are however looking for night life this place wouldn't be for you unless you drove or got a taxi to nearby Shkodër.

Everything was perfect stunning private villa with heated plunge pool. The staff were just the best and go above and beyond. Happy to bring breakfast and dinner to your villa or you can also eat in their restaurant. Food was amazing! The villa itself was perfect large comfy bed, sofa, smart TV and shower room. Will definitely be returning when in Albania.

Due to construction it’s a bit hard to find. Google maps kept taking me to the middle of town when I input the address. Sign is hard to see from the side of the road.

I loved the villas. Quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. It’s a ways out of town so if you want to be close to Shkodra you’ll want to stay elsewhere. The staff is great, food is wonderful at the restaurant and everyone was very helpful.

While the breakfast was great and brought to us at the Villa, they clearly need to work on their service. First day we ordered breakfast for 9.45, they woke us at 8.10 and then brought it again at 9.00 - second day we were planning to order later and they just arrived unannounced at 9.00 while my gf just got in the shower - overall not a big deal but reduced the overall experience

The location is ideal - just on the outskirts of the city with the view of the Castle in the distance and 10 mins away by car to the centre of the city! The staff were amazing and the restaurant on site was reasonably priced and lots of options! We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Bed sheet and blanket were too small. Internet went out before it was time to leave. Restaurant smelled like cigarette smoke.

Currently there is some construction which made it a bit difficult to get to the location. The staff were very quick with communication and helped us to park and check in.
