The only thing I would have changed is having some big glass windows at the rooms so we could enjoy the breathtaking view every second.

The property is at the nicest spot of Shala river. Of course it is not luxurious place but it is simple and goes so well with the nature.

I had a wonderful time at Park Blini.The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The restaurant, was just as impressive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Great service and a warm atmosphere made the meal even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality hospitality and great dining in one place!

Hot water system was barely working, wifi didn’t reach the cabins, lots of rubbish in the general area - not necessarily at Blini but the whole surrounding area. Also very long travel days to / from the area - we went from Shkoder then travelled to Valbone.

Cute cabins, nice large open dining area for meals, beautiful location near the water. Huge meal portions!! (Always had so much food leftover) and the food was really yummy.

The music was very repetitive and loud at times which was quite annoying. The facilities could have been better, for example we had a few issues with water and internet, but it didn’t affect us too much!

The guest house itself was a little rough around the edges and the staff were quite disorganised. Food and drink was quite overpriced as they have a captive audience. We went in off season so it was very dead and we were one of the only groups staying here which was a little unsettling.

The location was stunning! Staying in the lodge was a fun experience. All the staff were lovely.

The water pressure in the shower was low.

The location right next to the shala river is amazing, some hiking trails start directly at the accomodation. Rooms were nice and clean. We've been there in march and the room was pretty chilly, but with a heater in the room it was okay. The staff was super nice and the food really delicious. We'd definitely recommend staying there.

The loud music around the hotel. Also there were guys trIng to charge you for the sunbeds, you had to be persistent that you were part of the guesthouse and they would let you use them for free. The food was overpriced for what it was but that is the price for the special location.

We loved Lumi i Shales, especially after the day tourists were gone. The place was nice but quite expensive as everything was charged extra (all food, the boat trip etc). The room was clean apart from a few bugs which is normal for a cabin in the woods. We could leave our things at the bar after checkout. We recommed staying over night and enjoying the beautiful landscape.

There is no aircondition so it was really hot. We didn't have handle in our window so it was impossible to close it. There was no mosquito net in window so all the insects could easily get to the room. It was really loud - you can hear everything even by closed doors, woodden floor on coridor was cracking with each step. Poor breakfast - couple pancakes, jam/honey and boiled egg

Not loads of food options if you are on a budget. The majority of staff I found to be quite rude and was difficult having a space to relax after check out as staff move you on from the restaurant (literally picking up our bags from the seat without asking us to move) and loungers are over 5 euro. Boats leave at 8am and 3pm - although this was not clear and despite a long WhatsApp message, we had to change our plans as the 8am boat was not mentioned. Very bizarre.

Great experience having the Shala River to yourself after the day trips boats leave. Decent accommodation.

We booked round trip transportation through the guesthouse. They picked us up from our hotel in Shkoder and drove us to the ferry, then the ferry took us to the guest house. The travel accommodations were so helpful and reasonably priced. The guesthouse itself was nothing special, but the scenery was beautiful. The female check-in employee was fairly rude, but all of the other staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. The lounge chairs along the river were cheap and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we were unaware that everything on the river was CASH ONLY and there is no way to take money out. Therefore we had to cut our trip short. Would stay here again with the expectation that that the location is worth it but the accommodations are definitely not resort style. AND DONT FORGET PLENTY OF CASH

Our last day was a Saturday and apparently the start of the new season. A DJ set up on the beach and lots of lads with jet skis. It kinda ruined the beautiful ambience of the stunning location...and a stunning location it is. This can be easily destroyed as other locations have, with over tourism... or the wrong tourism. Please take care of this beautiful location.

Location was perfect. Beautiful scenery... idyllic! Midweek stay is much better than the weekend. Music playing all the time, which is okay to a point but background music would be better than disco beats.

The rooms are simple since there is no tv or wifi. Wifi is in the restaurant and beach. We had problems with the shower draining and one time water flooded out to half the bedroom floor after a 10 min shower and wetted our clothes. The music from the bar is too loud sometimes even tho there are no guests there. They could adapt the music more to the situation and the vibe.

Very beautiful place with a rare view and surroundings. The staff is sweet and helps you with anything you need. The food is good. You can paddle kayak, do zipline etc. They have three dogs and two horses walking around freely which is nice. The rooms are clean and fresh.

The untrained Staff. I was overcharged one time by 50 euro. Good thing I reviewed the bill. Wifi in our room was available on the first day, but on the 2nd and 3r day its not.

Door to the balcony didn't lock so didn't feel safe leaving valuables in the room.

This is one of only two or three guesthouses in Shala River. It has the most stunning view over the river and is situated up in the trees. There is wifi in the common areas too! The staff were absolutely lovely and put on a very hearty lunch, dinner and breakfast for us - all cooked on a wood fire. They go to so much trouble to see the guests in and out - even when the water is low and it is difficult to get boats in. Coffee was excellent too. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough. Mine had a lovely balcony. There was a lovely bonfire at night.

The staff could be more organized. Our check in was a bit confusing and better communication with guests on arrival would be greatly appreciated. Other than that, loved our 2 nights there!

3 meals a day included. Nice rustic room. Amazing location.
