Serbiaas for the hotel itself, let it be a 7, the breakfast was a little poorer, they don't have napkins and some other things need to be fixed, but the main thing is kindness. the girl who was at the reception was very rude, unapproachable, she doesn't know how to say thank you or sorry. she gives us a room that has not been cleaned when I asked for another one she was so rude that she even started arguing with me and again she gives me a room where the cleaners are still cleaning so we had to wait. all in all, there are better hotels, I would not return to this one.

PolandThe rooms are in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. During our 4-day stay, the towels were changed only once, but the room was never cleaned. This is certainly not the 4-star standard I am used to. In the bathroom, there was only a single sachet of shampoo. Breakfast was filling, but there were absolutely no fruits, even though it was the season for watermelons and peaches. The man in charge of the pool area was unfriendly. I used the pool only once and for a short time, but I felt like an intruder there. The showers, toilets, and the stairs leading to the pool were dirty.
The hotel is located right by the beach, separated only by a pedestrian promenade. The beach service was excellent, with plenty of new sunbeds and umbrellas available. The gentleman in charge of the beach service immediately helped set up the sunbeds and umbrellas. The water was a bit cloudy, but pleasantly warm. The rooms were clean upon our arrival, but during our 4-day stay they were not cleaned at all.

EstoniaThere were 3 of us in the room but often only 2 towels were left. We got more from the reception. In the pool area you are directed to wash before swimming, but the shower only has ice-cold water and the washroom is very outdated and dirty. Breakfast is poor. 100% the same food every day. No fruit or fresh juice. Only jam for dessert. In the morning you could fill your water bottle from the water dispenser, but during the day this option is not available. The bed mattress was so worn out that it was hard to sleep in the hole and felt like you were falling out of bed.
The reception was pleasant. Since we arrived at night, we were advised to rest and deal with the formalities in the morning. Booking said that family rooms are on the upper floors, but we got a room on the 2nd floor. But the sea view is also beautiful on the 2nd floor. The room and bathroom are very large and comfortable. The wifi is fast enough to upload videos but too slow to watch movies. Beach chairs are free but towels are not provided. There was a good guard on the beach who kept an eye on things and chased the vendors away. Check-out is very early at 10:30 a.m. But you are allowed to stay on the hotel grounds for the whole day.

HungaryBreakfast is served until 9:30. They will almost certainly take your plate away if you haven't finished. They forbid you from bringing water into the room, while the tap water is not drinkable. They don't speak English at the bar, or hardly at all.

United KingdomThere was no kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. When we asked for kettle, we were told kettle is not provided that they can give hot water when needed . The toilet facilities are dated and could use an upgrade. Additionally, the gym equipment is old and not functioning properly, it seem gym is not in use .
The staff were friendly, especially Anna and Melissa—both were exceptional. They both went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of. We had a beautiful beach view from our hotel room. Thank you Anna and Melissa , we love you.

MontenegroVery young staff, not a lot of expirience, but very polite. Food was same every morning, same 4-5 meals, caffe machines were or broken or empty . We had to wait for an hour and half at least to get after arriving because the room wasnt ready, we entered the room at 17h. Shower wasnt working, TV wasnt working, AC remote wasnt working .Took batteries from TV and put it into the AC remote etc. The rooms need to be cleanaer, lots of sand in the corners.
