The apartment was centrally located, very close to all amenities. It was bright, airy and offered everything we needed. The host is also very friendly and welcoming, I will definitely be using them in future. Thank you for everything.

Location is perfect right in the centre of everything. Lovely clean apartment, great value for money. We travelled with 3 kids all really liked it.

the apartment is as pictured with all necessary amenities. it is comfortable and spacious, but what really makes this place stand out is the host, Arbi. he is very helpful, quick to respond, and an amazing host. we would absolutely recommend this place as an outstanding accommodation in Shkoder. also, the view of the mountains from the balcony during a sunset is spectacular.

Perfect place to stay on your trip to Shkodër. Great location, just a short walk from the centre of town and bus station. Arbi was a wonderful host, even offered for us to check in early and was very hospitable during our stay. The apartment was comfortable and clean with a lovely mountain view!

Arbi, the owner is very friendly, very helpful, he is ready to do anything for you. The apartment is located in a very good place, near the bus station, many shops nearby. It is a quiet place. A balcony with an excellent view to the lake. The building has a lift. Everything in the apartment is very clean. Arbi's apartment is equipped with anything you may need. Even it has more than what is necessary. I have been using booking com since 2018 and I find that Arbi's apartment is one of the best. I recommend his apartment to anyone wishing to visit Skhodër. I asked my mother and my daughters: "what did you like from Arbi's apartment?". They answered me: "everything ".

Everything was perfect! (something to note: one room didn't have an a/c unit - one bedroom + the living room did).

We love the owner, Arbi. He was extremely helpful & friendly. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us suggestions for dinner. He checked in with us later in the evening and again the following morning. He even arranged for a lunch spot on our drive out of Shkoder - called one of his friends to let them know his "friends" were popping by ensuring we got the VIP treatment. The apartment is in an excellent location - minutes from the promenade.

Arbi is very polite and willing to help with everything. The apartment is really clean and you have everything you need in a very central location. Definitely recommended to anyone.

The best thing was Arbi our host! He met us off the bus and walked the short way to the apartment with us. He went above and beyond to ensure our 5 night stay was the best it could be, giving ideas for day trips, organising bikes, drivers, places for us on shuttles to Shara river etc. Arbi gave us tips about restaurants and museums too. You can't ask for a nicer or more helpful host. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and in a great location, with excellent working wifi and air con, nice view from the balcony. You could walk wherever you needed to go from here. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine. Highly recommend.

There is a big mosque right next to the building, so it was very loud, very early in the evening. The flat is on 6 or 7th floor, there js lift, but it’s quite small and can only fit 3 persons at a time. Parking! We were originally told to pay 4 euro for parking, but next morning we were asked to pay 6. Need to be careful about it.

Large flat, clean and comfortable, there is nice view from one of the bedroom and the lounge. Walking distance to the centre.
