It’s truly lovely staying here. The comfort room was spacious and comfortable. We loved being on the terrace for drinks, dinner and breakfast. Lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was very helpful, like carrying our suitcase to the 3rd/top floor. Wifi worked well, all was great!

No privacy in the bathroom or the room in general as it's possible to look through the curtains, my capuccino was removed while I was at the breakfast buffet (which is a bit limited)

You cannot pay with card, the room facilities are not in line with expectations, we didn't had fridge in the room, one table was broke. Breakfast is limited in terms of options and small amount. Even though we complain that it was cold during the night, they didn't do anything about it.

The view is outstanding, but this is the only big asset of this property.

The towels didn't do much in drying you, and lots of fluff came off. The plug in the sink was broken, which wasn't a big deal (just didn't look very nice). The hair dryer also wasn't working, but upon asking, I was given a spare one. I would have liked darker or even black out curtains, but that's maybe personal preference.

The views from the hotel are amazing! The breakfast buffet was good (Espresso style coffees need to be paid extra), although the earlier you go, the fresher everything will be. It's convenient that the hotel has a restaurant for dinner, which is OK (a bit hit and miss - cremay potatoes were amazing, chicken was awful). The room was good with a nice rain shower. The hotel is in a convenient location not far from the trail to Valbona.

There was a noise from other rooms and staircase due to thin walls (quite annoying if you hear loud laughing from next room in the midnight). Bathroom was not separated from the room.

Perfect location with great panoramic view to the valley. In house restaurant is a BIG plus as we found only one open restaurant (in May) nearby but with lower quality. I guess there is now no comparable facility in the village. There was no problem with electricity, wifi or hot water.

The Guest House was too cold with heating only coming on in the evening. When you are walking and getting wet it would be nice to get warm straight away. The breakfast was the same every morning . The staff were helpful but clearly need some training in hospitality.

Unfortunately, due to the construction of the house, we could hear everything. Our room was next to the stairs and when somebody would walk, it would sound like its next to our heads. There were only two towels for two person. You had to use one towel for hair, body and hands. We got a room where we were looking at other house even though it said it had view of the mountain.

The location is right in the center. We came in November so it was not busy at all. The bed is comfortable, it was warm and clean.

This was the perfect place to rest and relax after the Valbona to Theth hike. The room was so cozy and the bed was so comfortable, we were asleep at 7pm. Highly recommend

I liked everything. Starting from the beatiful landscape outside of the hotel , the delicious traditional food , the hospitality and the kindness of the staff . Room was clean and with all The necessary facilities The hotel is near The centre of Theth. You can enjoy breakfast with an amazing view. Totally recommended.

Stunning location, slightly up the hill, so it was nice and sunny, longer then down in the valley. Our host Xhoni and the housekeeping lady we met were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

Worst service I have ever experienced in terms of hospitality. I will never come back! I found the apartment dirty (dirty intimate absorbent inside the bathroom shelf), broken shower, dirty carpet in the balcony. When I complained in the day after my arrival they said that they could not fix because I was with the keys of the room and did not have a service/secondary key. By the end they managed to change the room to another one. Service in the restaurant it was also a kind of weird service. Looks like they were not happy to receive guests:( Bad experience at all.
