Great location, not far from beach and promenade. Comfortable room, friendly staff especially at reception and in the downstairs restaurant

Some facilities werent working- for us hot water would work in the morning but would in the evening or when their technician tested which was odd. Walls very thin, unfortunately had people arrive next door at 3am and could not have best sleep.

Everything was excellent, the staff speaks English. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool is also great. Recommended for everyone, it's worth coming back. :)

The location was great and the room was clean and nice. The air conditioning in room was good and the WiFi was good! The pool was also exceptional!

Very friendly staff, a very relaxing swimming pool area at the top, perfect to get some peace.

Not being allowed to consume any food or drinks in the hotel room (apart from water) - I was informed of this upon arrival. I need a small snack in the night for my own physical well being, so I disagree with this rule being implemented.

The room was excellent, nice and big, however, it was let down by the quality of the furniture installed, there was no closable cupboard, and all the furniture was cheaply made. The bed was also excellent, however, the balcony was not big enough for 1 person to sit, let alone share with the family. Additionally, the division between the neighbours room on the balcony was missing. Rooftop pool and bar area was the best part of the hotel, with staff being very pleasant and polite.

Breakfast, was a huge disappointment, despite it being a 4 star hotel, the breakfast was from a 2 star. We were told that we would get reserved loungers on the beach, but we had 4 days where we only had two loungers, and were 'refused' to have a 3rd by the beach attendant, who despite him telling us he would call the manager, it was not until we complained at reception did we get anything changed, and then only for 1 day. We had to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The roof top pool, had two many people at any one time, and some guests were taking photos underwater!

We stayed for night and we had a great night and then we went out there for dinner.food nice and simple and beautiful atmosphere. Nice and calm .Bed 10/10 room with an air conditioner. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Traditional Albanian breakfast with an other choice of food. Ladies in the morning let us stay and used facilities after checking out. We had flight at 8 pm so it would be long day to wondering around. Honestly thank you so much . Hope to see you again in the future.

I would say roof top should be for adults only because the beach is literally 2 minutes away . So families can have time with their children there Roof top is nice to be only for adults so it could be more comfortable and romantic for couples 😃

The location was really good, close to the beach and restaurants. Great sea-view from the roof-top pool (none of the rooms have see view).

I was unpleasantly surprised with the WI-FI speed, I was constantly losing connection (from the room and the balcony). I was mislead with the good reviews in relation to the internet... Also, I shocked to hear that we were not allowed to consume even fruits in the room or the balcony. I get it in a way as they could've had issues in the past with some guests but that is not a good enough reason not to be allowed to even have a fresh fruit (peach / nectarine) in the balcony. There is no room service. Lastly be prepared and make sure you bring towels for the pool as those are not provided and using the hotel towels in the pool area is prohibited. If you are ok with a loud noise (music) from the shisha bar next door till 12am then you will be ok, but if you are looking for a more relaxed place then probably this will not be the right choice for you (personal preference).

New hotel, very clean, big rooms situated very close to the beach. The staff very helpful and nice. Highly recommended, we enjoyed very much our stay.

I would recommend to put some glasses and coffee maker in the room.
