Location and accessibility

The worn out and very poor attention to details. Both bathrooms are broken - the walls are all marked and scratched. Outside seating had missing cover. Was not deep cleaned, you can tell from the black dusty corners

The apartment is astonishing, amazing. Very clean, modern and equipped.

They could have included at least breakfast in the package since there is not much around. Also, the pool area is small for the amount of guests on peak times, and the sun shades are easily falling with little wind.

Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location and amazing customer service.

Excellent property . Good location.

I had booked a villa, but what I got was an apartment. Basic items like tea bags, sugar etc was missing. We were provided just 4 small bottles of water (for a family of 4) and anything above was chargeable. Even the next day, nobody comes to replenish it! We were told that for anything we need, we need to call the owner of the apartment directly. We called for the tea bags, but we got it the next day after much complaining! Nobody comes to replace the used bath towels. No cleaning of the rooms either. The garbage has to be disposed ourselves. When we called the “owner” of the property she told us that the next cleaning will be done only once we check out! Another thing which we found strange was about the card keys; we were handed over 2 card keys with a caution: if you lose it it’s chargeable at AED 100 per card! This card is something which can be activated/renewed,right at the reception area in all the hotels I have stayed so far. Even if it’s lost/damaged, a new one could be created instantly upon request at the reception counter. The property was supposed to be with 5 star facilities but in our experience even a 3 star hotel apartment has served us far better than this one!!!

The resort was lovely with a choice of pools and its own beach. The staff around the pool were very attentive and polite as were the security staff at the apartments. We were able to order food to our apartment from the menu on the TV.

The resort was quite remote and there weren't any decent supermarkets very near to buy food/drinks when we were self catering. The resort was quite expensive for food so we couldn't afford to eat there all the time. The apartment itself was nice. We booked it for 4 adults and 2 children as it was advertised as having one large double in one room and 2 small doubles in the other When we got there the 2 small doubles were singles and not suitable for 2 adults & 2 children. Fortunately our circumstances changed and only our son & 2 grandsons visited for one night with our son having to sleep in the single maid's room.

This was advertised as a three bedroom HOUSE It was a two bedroom apartment with an underserved maids room It was dirty to be honest The balcony/patio was filthy Lights we’re out in the kitchen It was made clear that any requests to staff were chargeable We asked for some ice and were told it was 45dhs a bag This is around £10 for a bag of frozen water It was not possible to cook in the kitchen because there were very few pans We went to the hotel for dinner on the first night and basically walked out as the food was inedible If you look at my history of reviews you will see I really rarely complain but just need to warn people Also if you scan this site the cost of a stay here varies by thousands of dirhams and the tax changes I know they are individually owned but surely there should be a consistent tax charge? we will not be returning

The apartment itself is beautiful, large and very well maintained. Quality modern furnishings. We had a really great time.

The only thing we did not pay attention to is that there are in fact 2 bedrooms + 1 maid room rather than 3 bedrooms as initially thought.
