Very dirty with bad smell

Perhaps it provides the most important needs of the guest.Also, the contact person was helpful in providing whatever extras we needed in the room.

We did not expect the accommodation to be a studio and the reservation was clear and confirmed to be two bedrooms. The pictures shown are not clear and do not describe the size of the apartment and its details. The specified time to receive the accommodation is 3 pm, which is a relatively long and inconvenient time. Also, the accommodation was not clean, and there were food leftovers.

The owner was great he accept to check in very early be up of my tripe was too early with no fee he was so much kind person

It was so dirty. We didn’t stay for the night and rent another apartment. There was no parking, we spent 1:30 hour just to park the car and end up to leave the car on the other side. AC was so loud, and the main concern is about space, there was no space for 4 people. It’s not a 2 bedroom apartment. There was just 1 bed and small sofa. We were so disappointed, because it was no space for 3rd person

The host was great and polite, the room was clean, kitchen had utensils, and bathroom was clean.

The AC was not cooling the room very well

The location is in Prime area. It is very accessible to all groceries, restaurants, tourist spot. The view of the apartment was excellent. It is also clean and neat. Spacious too. Surely will be book it again.

We were able to bring our dog with us. Not many owners in the UAE allow this.

Although we never met the concerned person but we had good and warm communication over whatsapp. The Flat is located almost at the center of the Fujairah city, therefore all amenities easily accessible. We traveled from Dubai by our car and we were able to find public parking easily beneath the building. The kitchen and the room was equipped with utensils and necessary equipments. The view from the balcony is amazing as it's in 12th floor, you can get a view of the sea, Fujairah airport with hills in the background and a part of the Fujairah city. We planned our trip by first checking in at 3 pm and then visiting few spots in Khorfakkan, next day morning we went to the beach. It's a big coastline so one can choose from the type of beach they prefer in that area. Later we were back had breakfast in the flat and checked out at 11 am. On the way back to Dubai we traveled via Kalba, visiting few nature's treasure.

Don't expect too much as it was worth the budget. The more you want the budget should go up.
