Breakfast was very busy, but the staff coped well during busy period.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Good view overlooking the pool and gardens. The location of the hotel close to the beach with easy access was perfect.

It's am oasis amongst sky rises. Great location. Recently refurbished thus light airy rooms. Staff were amazing. Best breakfast ever. Don't need to leave the area, everything on your doorstep.

Everything was great.

I had a very good and memorable stay at the Sheraton Hotel with my daughter. The reception was excellent by Mr. Mukul, very quick and friendly, with complete explanations. I received the room very quickly and our luggage was brought to our room by Mr. Dil. He neatly arranged all my belongings, which were very large, in the room. The attractive atmosphere of the pool and the pool DJ are too many to mention. It was really great, of course I don't remember the lifeguard's name. The best part of the hotel is the excellent restaurant and the varied and high-quality food. They had prepared food and snacks for every age and every taste. Thanks to the good cooks, Mr. ChoFIlich, and the chefs, Mr. Raj Kamal and Masud Rana, who prepared every dish that my daughter and I liked on request. In the reception and hospitality section of the restaurant, Ms. Skye, Mr. Vishakh Veedu, and Ms. Soniya and Sandy always welcomed us with open arms. Our room was cleaned and serviced every day. I also did a good workout in the nice gym every day, which had a view of the club overlooking the sea and Blue Waters Island.

A pool where the grass area is for adults would be perfect! It is a family hotel, however it did get quite busy in the pool at times. Also it looks like this area needs an update to match the hotel interiors new renovations.

Great location, newly renovated rooms, lounge & staff were fantastic!! Special shout out to Juni, Logie & Michel. Juni treated us to a special leaving surprise cake!! She was so lovely 🥰 Kingston & all the staff around the pool were amazing!! Can highly recommend this property!!

The housekeeping didn't always take all plates/cups with them during the cleaning. If you want a room with sea view, make sure you book the correct room! There are rooms with views to the other side

The location was amazing, right in front of the beach. If you sit on the terrace you see both the swimming pool and beach. The staff were lovely, especially Alexander (reception) and Yusuf (concierge). But everyone was so thoughtful and sweet, a service I haven't seen here in Europe. It's less than an all inclusive resort but it comes very close. You get whatever you wish. If you call, within 5 minutes they come and bring you whatever you ask for. We had our daughter's birthday celebration during our stay, they got surprise macarons and a piece of delicious cake. So sweet!!

Very friendly staff, in particulary Terrance Cammilus as a terrific Duty Manager who is really taking care with a lot of interest to all the guest. Very nice garden and quiet place when you compare to other hotels at JBR but still in the neighborhood of nice restaurants, bars, etc.

The only remark I would say is having to pay everything in cash. My wife came 2 days earlier than me, so she was requested to pay for some extras immediately rather than being able to sign them up with the room number. The same remark goes for the pool area bar, to which you would have to carry cash or a card and probably get it wet everytime if you want to enjoy some drinks there.

Great location, staff is very friendly and always looks out for your needs and specific requests. We travelled with a 10 month old baby and it is a perfectly suitable place to go with a toddler. There is a small swimming pool where they can walk and learn how to swim. The food is amazing, expecially dinner.

The location is great close to shops, restaurants and transport. Our room had stunning views of JBR and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. They have a private beach and a nice large pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend
