How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hi hotel was great rooms also wonderful 👍 To be honest front office staff not friendly 😞 I don't know who received calls from call centre was disappointed communication and I ordared food from outside restaurant front office one of team members call me for check out but I was asking 2 hour bcz I wanted to eat food but they forcing me to check out or they will charge me if I cross the check out time my friend I know very well hotel system culture I stayed other brand they don't force they give fue hour but I really want to appreciate to housekeeping night shift staff all housekeeping staff was great 👍 overall I m happy

We got two connected rooms and it made a huge apartment with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 kitchens and 4 beds. The size is massive. The hotel is located in the out skirt of Khalifa city so convenient to Al Raha or even Yas island. There are refurbishing the streets and pavement around the hotel so this is very nice now. We found a few restaurants (even walking distance). The staff could have been a bit more warm and welcome but overall the check-in and checkout went well and fast overall. There is a parking in front of the hotel which is very convenient too.

The water in my room was cold-so cold shower, cold face washing, cold everything. The café downstairs wasn’t open throughout my stay so I can’t comment on that. I would suggest you take a towel to the gym and a bottle of water as there are none there. Tv channels limited, no English speaking news channels available at all.
My room, a deluxe studio was large, clean and well fitted out. The restaurant next door “Let’s” was very good. Gym facilities were reasonable, indeed very much above what I expected. Parking was easy.

Breakfast Menu Limited Location
The Hotel, for me primarily, would be an option for a quick stay. The location presents a challenge due to construction currently occurring. However, it is a very quiet and comfortable hotel with your basic needs being met.

However, there were a few drawbacks. They didn’t have ice buckets available in the evenings, and soft drinks couldn’t be delivered after hours since the little café by the reception closes in the evening. Additionally, the place is fairly new, so local taxis didn’t always recognize the name, and we had to guide the journey ourselves. There was also some ongoing construction and roadwork near the property during our stay, but I assume it should be completed in the coming weeks.
I recently stayed in a studio room and it was a fantastic experience. The room was equipped with everything you could need, including a microwave oven, fridge, and basic utensils, making it perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay. Both the room and the bathroom were absolutely sparkling clean, which I truly appreciated. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff made it quick and hassle-free. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay.

A bit of construction site near but it wasn't that big of deal
Very professional and helpful staff, the hotel was amazing and super clean and comfortable 🩷 highly recommended!! Also we had problems with booking taxis because of the high demand but the staff made it easier they were super helpful they made everything easy for us!🤗

Lovely lobby entrance, greeted by a friendly polite man at 3am who was eager to assist. I arrived and checked in as quickly as I checked out. Showered and bolted to the airport in under 30 minutes. Bedding was clean, bathroom and entry way too. Amazed the bathroom was equipped with not only a great sized shower with 2 shower heads; waterfall style and detachable, there was a bathtub too!!! Sadly my flight was changed from 5:30pm to 5:30am, so intechnucalled wasted 320AUD but, I’m able to tell you, the room and hotel is worth returning to!

hot water only in shower. in bath or sink lukewarm water-probably it was problem of my room only. at 9am some loud maintenance was carried on the floor so i was waken up.

Parkings entrance steep and small parkings size if someone to your left you can’t open the door
Great service, had some issue with the phone but that got fixed and if I need anything I contacted the staff, even when food delivery they know my room🤣

Saray Deluxe Apartment provided an ideal stay during ADIPEC. The apartment was adequately clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable experience. The location was convenient for accessing event venues while being quiet enough to relax afterward. Staff were responsive and helpful with any needs that came up.
