Front-facing staff were wonderful, particularly Gladwell. Upgraded our room to a sea view and arranged a cake for our weding anniversary. All other members of staff very friendly and helpful, too. The DJ and foam party at the pool were great.

The cabanas that are featured on the booking page are not free, I didn’t enquire how much. To have a floating tray breakfast the cost is 400 AED which at half that price would still be expensive. The breakfast and dinner buffet was not great, for the beautiful surroundings I would have expected better quality.

The room was lovely, very comfortable with a sea view balcony. Surprised us with room decoration and a cake delivered to the room which was a lovely touch. The Lebanese restaurant was outstanding, beautiful fresh food and reasonably priced. Pool foam party was fun!

On the swimming pool we were not allowed to sit on the cabanas as it is only reserved for the club members and that was very annoying !

Had to wait a considerable time for my room, even though I arrived after the check-in time. The room did not feel as clean and tidy as expected upon arrival. There are few drain flies in the bathroom. Breakfast quality could be improved.

Excellent location with ocean views and easy accessibility. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The reception service was warm and welcoming. The one-bedroom unit is very spacious, featuring a large bathroom with toilet, plus a separate powder room.

I liked everything just a small note that the pool when it was busy with a lot of kids it was little noisy but it was not so bad

The girl in the reception was so nice and friendly as she got us upgraded to a suite and It was so perfect and had infinity pool and the sea view. Every thing was nice The breakfast was amazing everything was perfect . I would definitely come back soon .

It took time for them to answer our request like they gave us the wrong remote and it took them the next day to do this. My husband had to speak to the manager. The bathroom light wasnt shutting off on our first night so we didnt really had a good sleep that time. But overall, the hotel was still worth it my family had a great time

The pool is outdoor and it's opening is late....it was too hot to swim already for the kids after 9am.

Maybe the receptionist can smile a bit. He was not welcoming and friendly but the rest of the staffs are nice.

My sons toy cars went missing after housekeeping,and we went out for a little while,when we got back his toys weren't there,we searched the whole room,and even informed reception but to no avail. Also the room TV could use an upgrade or a smart box for Netflix and others.
