The hotel’s location is ideal for those who love being close to the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, There is no loud or disturbing music

Nothing to do with the resort, but the free shuttle bus for the area was always too packed to get on with a baby.

The place is fab. We stayed for 5 nights, booked 3 and loved it so stayed another 2. A big shout out to the staff who are just amazing, they treated us so well and our 9 month old. Special shout out to Han and Sila and all the breakfast staff who every morning made Archie feel so special. The pool, rooms, food etc is all excellent. We had room service too and very good.

The beach and pool close at 7, we understand why but during peak summer it would be great if it was extended to later.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay ! Would definitely recommend the half board. The room was comfortable and the pool and beach were clean and easily accrssible. The staff were so incredibly attentive and helpful. Some of the best service we have ever had.

The tv didn’t work and didn’t have smart tv in the rooms. Food menu was limited and certain food in the order list were not available.

The staff was very courteous. Please take the rooms on top floor as the view is fantastic. We got upgraded to the suite room which was good.

Our stay at Royal Central Hotel The Palm was absolutely fantastic! The hotel combines modern comfort with authentic Egyptian-inspired design, which creates a unique and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, many with stunning views of the sea. Daily housekeeping was perfect, and the entire property is very well maintained. The beach is pristine, with soft sand and plenty of loungers, and the infinity pool with a view of the Arabian Gulf is simply breathtaking. What truly stood out was the service — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurants on site offered high-quality meals in a relaxed setting. If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious escape with a touch of Egyptian charm, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

A beautiful beach, comfortable and very clean rooms, and a breakfast buffet will satisfy everyone. Perfect for those visiting Dubai for the first time. Everything is available at the hotel. Visitors to Dubai will often appreciate the convenient access to both the marina and the city center. Free shuttles to the Mall of Emirates are a great convenience. My praise cannot be overstated by the staff; they are always ready to help and always have a smile on their faces.
