I have no words to describe how wonderful my experience was from the very beginning. Easy check up, amazing room, brand new facilities, sea is several steps away. Food for dinner and breakfast is more than enough to eat. Everyone is polite, listening to your needs and wants. Just love it

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Rove Ras Al Khaimah. Everything was perfect – from the warm welcome at the reception, to the friendly housekeeping team, the pool, the beach, and the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. All the staff were truly amazing — always helpful, friendly, and welcoming with big smiles that made us feel at home. I would like to especially thank Miss Albina at the reception for her kind smile and excellent service, and Ayman by the pool for his friendliness and great support. The advance call made by the hotel prior to our check in date wherein their concern is not only about confirming the booking but also in case of any possible preference/s we might actually want. They asked us for any occasion during our stay and offered complimentary sweet upon arrival and suggested if we wanted a connecting room..It was really a remarkable first impression.

From the very beginning, the reception staff tried to mislead us, and only after I insisted on checking in were we directed to the reception counter. During check-in, we were clearly told that the poolside restaurant stays open until 2:00 AM. Yet, when we went there at 11:30 PM, the staff completely ignored us, and after making us wait for 10 minutes, casually informed us that the restaurant was closed and they were no longer taking orders. This was extremely unprofessional, misleading, and a complete turn-off.

the in-room dining menu could be better and the rooms could have more soundproofing

how is this just a 3 star hotel? the facilities, the amenities, the rooms, the staff, the overall service were all at at 5 Star standard. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the views were amazing and the hotel has excellent facilities. The tech in the room is also quite neat, with switches, usb slots close to the bed which i always appreciate. The decor was nice too.

Delicious buffet with basic and limited varieties, but I didn't like the breakfast juices made of syrups.. No water activities at the beach You can't cross the Hotel beach territory for a long walk Bring your own shampoo as the hotel shampoo in the room was not of a good quality and bring cotton ear buds

Nice and clean Pool, beach, outdoor TV giant screen to show live football matches, Big and nice Restaurant, reception and overall friendly staff
