I didn't like the fact that we were charged extra 500 dirham for coming few hours earlier than scheduled. They were even informed before hand and they accepted only to arrive and they changed the entire plan. Secondly almost a year before i booked this hotel i saw the reviews about the hotel not having sufficient cooking utensils, they responded to that review that they will improve on it.so i thought to myself that it must have been fixed,a year later i came still no cooking utensils. Pls and pls fix it, most families love to cook once in a while. I couldn't cook because there was almost nothing to cook with.

The staffs were very friendly and quick to respond. The breakfast was excellent, the location is excellent and they were good with the cleaning. Definitely coming back with my family if my little concerns are fixed.

The swimming pool had quite a few rules, such as requiring a badge, and the access to it was a little confusing.

Location is perfect for all attractions. Good enough spacious rooms with clean and neat.

The parking , though there are plenty parking slots but it is very awkward to access it with big SUV, it was like a test drive for me daily to access it. I hope the management to consider to ease the access I.e no need for two gate controls basement and the outside parking lot , some pavemnts need to be shopped of a bit to allow big cars to maneuver and navigate in and out.

The property is just less than 5 minutes drive to Dubai mall, our apartment had a view of burj khalifah . The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly especially Ahmed the Egyptian who was very nice in helping us to check out quickly. Good to mention. That if you are staying at the apartments you will have to have the golf cart ride to breakfast else in winter time it would be nice to walk to it.

The hotel features well-appointed apartments with spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, and inviting swimming pools. The staff is pleasant and attentive, and it is conveniently situated in the heart of Dubai.

When in Gardenia building, access the pool and gym is a challenge as you have to leave the building which is a bit of a distance away. It discourages to enjoy these facilities as they are not easy to access because of distance. However, making access directly from the building to these facilities could help.

The cleaning wasn't fantastic. The floor was quite dirty and check in time is pretty late at 3pm. The pillow was either a rock hard option or a super soft pillow, there wasn't anything in-between.

Extremely close to Dubai mall and the breakfast included is enjoyable with great service.

The Kitchen in the apartment on old, not well stocked and and the washing machine kept flooding the floor.

Pool was great, apartment was a great size. Breakfast had great options.

“I called three to four times for someone to come and collect my luggage, but unfortunately, no one showed up. After waiting for around 40 minutes, I ended up taking my luggage myself — quite disappointing, to be honest.”

It's quite old and because of that not the cleanest, e.g mould in the bathrooms. Access to the pool was unnecessarily difficult, having to walk to one side of the premises to get wrist bands that allow you to check in via a doorman to the pool. Lots of walking back and forth in the heat.

The buffet breakfast was great, pools were lovely with small children, though having to get wrist bands on the other side of the premises to access the pool was annoying. The apartment was nice and big.
