Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.

Prometen internet de alta velocidad y en realidad no sirve de mucho. Demasiado lento (no pasa de 1Mbps, por lo menos en mi habitación). El personal no supo darme una solución.

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es la ideal. Dubai es muy caro y el hecho que haya cocina y lavarropas, al lado del hotel hace que los clase media que llegamos a Dubai vivamos la experiencia. Mi apart tenía vista al Burj khalifa. En El hotel ofrecen todo tipo de servicios y hay un café !!!
Había una cama puesta al lado de nuestro apart .
