Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesTotal there was few towels in the whole 5 bedroom villa, with stay of 10 people, we had to call and request for more. No access to swim in the sea.
Amazing pool, spacious garden place, all needful amenities in the kitchen, seating area outdoor, spacious living area, place for barbecue, sea view facing. Nice place for spending time with family and friends.

Electrically issue, two times a day shut down due to voltage and car charger issue as mentioned by community technician.. we decided to check out because i was not sure in bed time we can have ac or not and at the first agent of booking.com promised that we have their support (they mentioned our priority is support the costumer) which never happens and just was a word unfortunately. the villa its self look like nice and clean but you can see cockroach and ants in everywhere of villa (in and out)..
