I’m frequent traveler. This time the AC wasn’t working in good way they fix it to 20 C and it is not good I talked to them 2 times and nothing changed

Reception does not either answer or only after calling several times. The operator was prompt to answer though and kept connecting he call

Room was clean. Location is very good, access to the hotel is easy. Also, only complementary tea was in the room, suggest keeping coffee as well

Sadly during our stay they had problem with the AC. Whole hotel AC was sadly not good, and that was still summer time. But otherwise hotel was nice. Would still come back to stay

Currently the lobby is under renovation, but it feels rooms need it more. The room feels tired, with stains on the walls ( maybe from kids ) and chipped wood on the table, but still safe to use. As well it's better to have more front desk staff during rush hours. The staff is wonderful and does everything quickly, but it's hard to avoid a queue of people checking in and out with only 2 people on the floor.

Switches in room were not working and pool facility not guided properly leading to overcrowding, breakfast not included veg option and wait for omlete too long

The bathroom bathtub shower was broken and water was leaking, the sofa bed was very poor quality, too much spring uncomfortable to sleep. There were no toiletries available, had to call n ask for it. Only 1 bottle of water was available, had to call n ask. The cooling was set to 20 degrees lowest. Based on the hot n humid weather it took a long while for the room to cool.

The room in the morning had a weird vibration like if someone was drilling. Woke me up and couldn’t go back to sleep. There was also lights that didn’t work and had a sound even if they were turned off. Also the room next to us had a few kids and they were extremely loud.

The property was wonderful, great location and comfortable. Staff was also very nice.

There was an area in renovation. Waiting time to check in was long despite only a few of people checking in (at 1am).

Cheap and convenient if you need one night not too far from the airport. It is also close to Yas Island, with all the kids activities (Waterwold, Warner Bross, etc...). The swimming pools are nice and for all ages (3 areas, even adapted for babies).

2-Night Stay We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the car service was very convenient. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did have a few issues with the room service. I tried calling multiple times over two days, but the line was always busy. When the room was cleaned, it wasn’t done thoroughly, and they didn’t replace used or finished items. Even when we requested replacements, it took a long time to receive them. With some improvements in housekeeping and responsiveness, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.
