Beautiful hotel and room. One of the best breakfast buffets i have ever have. Pool is beautiful and even has sun cream. Water park access included which the kids loved. The abra boats is a lovely touch and walk into the souks to eat and shop. Staff were so polite and friendly. Highly recommend

To my surprise, there was no bidet in the bathroom :( The ground floor towards the GF guest rooms has a musty smell, possibly Casta La Vista?

Amenities, location, cleanliness, service and additional services to guests were impeccable. Appreciated the updates and communication via WhatsApp! Overall, fantastic and really enjoyed my stay.

Mina A Salam truly offers an experience beyond dreams. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, and they are carefully serviced every single day. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was our 2nd time staying here and it lived up to our expectations. The staff go out of their way to assist your needs. The breakfast is outstanding. Location amazing. The rooms are out of this world - the linen and pillows are exceptional.

The team is very friendly and helpful. Everything is upon expectations. We need to leave in the early morning and they help very fast, providiing packed breakfast offer day before and get us taxi promptly. The river is pretty at night. Will definitely visit again!

So many options and for first-time visitors, it takes a bit of time to figure everything out, especially since some facilities and activities can also be accessed in the neighboring resorts. One thing that this resort is missing is an adult-only area. The neighboring resort has one but is not accessible for Mina Al Salam guests.

Amazing place! Friendly staff, modern, clean, luxurious with a lot of attention to detail. The beach is also very nice and the breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had.

Many facilities were closed for maintenance. The deck pool was closed for 2 days during our stay. We seemed to have noisy families in the room next door. The noise frequently penetrated our room.

The smell of the canal… can be overwhelming. But not much can be done about that.

Family friendly and so much of fun activities for kids to do. The bed is so comfortable and we enjoyed the range offered at the breakfast. I really enjoy how comfortable the staff are at breakfast in the morning as they chat with the guests, provide options and easy going.
