Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. My stay was short but truly enjoyable.

From the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel at home. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive — always greeting with a smile and making sure everything went smoothly. The check-in process was fast, and their hospitality really set the tone for a memorable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and located right in the heart of the Marina, which made it even better.

It would be great if there is also outdoor pool for kids

Not a big selection of TV channels. That is a very minor issue. The check in process was quite slow for all of us and a couple other guests before us.

Good location and easy to find for taxis. Taxis have a drop off at the front or can go round the back. Lovely cafe for a coffee and cake. Nice bar/restaurant too. Rooms are huge especially the bathroom. The big walk in shower is incredible. The beds are so comfortable too. I really liked the wooden key cards too.

Hotel: - situated near to beach (10-15 minutes by walk) and to Metro Station DMCC, Marina Mall, 24h stores near. Has a large parking area. - reception, security, management and other staff was very friendly, patient, answer all your questions with smile. - room was very clean, lightened, has everything you need inside (electric teapot, clothe ironing tools and etc), room service guys were very professional. - only pool was little, but we dont use pool because natural beach was near to hotel. - breakfast is the most i like in this hotel. )) drink different types of coffee non limited and eat freash meals non limited from 7:30 till 10:30 or 11:00. Good, smiling restaurant personal. - good WIFI. - smoking and non smoking rooms. I suggest you if you want hotel in city with good price.

I love the location plus the restaurants inside and outside restairant options nearby the hotel. It's also a walking distance to JBR and metro station. On top of that Staff are very friendly. Marjorie from frontoffice team is very excellent and passionate in her job. Just felt pure kindness and very welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.

Not a lot of space at pool went up twice no beds available

Breakfast i appreciate they serve multi cultures but found it strange to have stew and moussaka on menu not for me but always all types of eggs toast pasties always had something to suit me. Location good on marina next to metro road outside gets pretty busy

Honestly, I loved everything!

This hotel is the reason why I might come back to Dubai. It’s close to many attractions, and transport is just a short walk away! The facilities were amazing, but the staff had to be the best part of the hotel. They have great staff who are attentive, friendly, and respectful.
