i'm a regular guest here, and the staff are very nice. They make every visit comfortable. Thanks to Sammina, Omkar, and Pinky at the front desk. They are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Thank you to Sabina from housekeeping. She's always helpful when i need something. The other staff are also kind and helpful.

It was a great place to stay with friends and family I will recommend all my knowns to visit have a memorable experience as a had met a very friendly and helpful staff in reception (Omkar) who made it happen thank you Omakar. All over it's a best place to stay with friends and family in all the occasions.

You have to wash utensils yourself. There is no cleaning service for utensils

The sitting space is separated from the bed which is good. There is a kitchen.

They just need to work on the air purification on the apartments,, after few hours of turning on the A/C stinking water smell comes out.

The receptionist and the security staff as they nt professional as i booked fr studio and 2 bedroom apt hence total 6 guests, asked fr late check out till 1:30 i havent check the rooms is smoking hence your staff called me to knw hw ive select smoking apt as ive medical appointment and to check how many guest they have visited me!

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom could be better than average. The beds are not comfortable, kitchen utensils (plates, glasses were stained when we first entered the room, the teflon of the pan was gone and very scratched.) It did not meet our expectation very much.

They don't do the dishes for some reason and also twice didn't clean the kitchen garbage. We had to call and request to clean kitchen garbage.

Great staff, Sammani at the front desk and Bell Man, was very helpful. Comfortable beds and convenient location.

Although the staff was very cooperative and helpful with requests, the cleaning was not upto the mark specially when the first time you check in to room. I had few issues which I addressed to concern department and although those were rectified, I was bit disappointed knowing the fact that I had made special instructions to ensure the room is thoroughly cleaned due to allergies at time of booking.

Kitchen lacked basic essentials eg crockery, dish washing materials, electric cooker rather outdated etc.

Excellent location situated in middle of Dubai close to metro station, shopping mall and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, Abid in the housekeeping was responsive very helpful.

Breakfast was poor, cleaning was not good enough. The room in itself is not so comfortable.

The location, existence of parking, staff’s kindness are good things to note. I booked two separate rooms, king bed and twin bed. In first date of the booking I have got a message from hotel that it will not be possible to provide King bed, however during the check-in I asked to arrange King bed in non-smoking room and they did it. Thanks to staff for their support.

The room was a bit lacking in cleanliness. It is noisy in the evening and at night from the passing metro and cars. Although you can cook in the apartment, if you do - be prepared to buy absolutely everything (except dishes): from the simplest spices to a sponge for washing dishes or a paper towel.

Apartment with kitchen, minimal cooking facilities, washing machine and iron - convenient when traveling. It's hard to rate the location because we traveled by car, but the metro station is close enough. There is a 24-hour shop nearby. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed. Comfortable bed.
