Reviews of Luxury Villa by the sea

The location.

The facilities could use some work. The kitchen cupboards weren’t probably cleaned and there was trash in them. The sofa was stained, the toilets were not cleaned and there was sand in the tub.

I had a very disappointing experience at this villa. The place was not cleaned at all - there was dirt and hair everywhere. The bathroom smelled moldy and rusty, and there were visible smudges and stains that made it feel very unhygienic. Within just 30 minutes of arriving, I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave immediately. This was definitely not the relaxing getaway I expected.

I liked the location, villa space and its cleanliness.

There was a problem in the water supply the next day of my stay which spoiled the atmosphere as we left the villa while we were not able to use water at all.

At first look it was a great villa with table laid out like in show rooms. Owner did say it will replace the broken chair and replace the damaged table ( could be used so did not affect us) so new tenants should have better deal and have 6 chairs ( it did not affect us) . Very clean and quick access to private beach. Very large TV if you want to watch TV. Might need more glasses, cutlery and towels if staying more than one night.

As the speakers from mosque are very close double glazing in main bedroom might be useful as it will be loud. But it was the great month of Ramadan so could be quieter at other times. The swimming pool was shared with hotel next door or we did not find it but did not ask the owner who to be fair will respond quickly and even late at night.

Villa was good, the beach is close by

There were NO hand soaps or any shower gels in bathrooms. No salt pepper and normal big glasses in the kitchen. Also neighbours are complaining and overreacting if you talk and have music on at 7PM! so if you are group if friends might be difficult…

Comfortable

Everything was perfect.

More towels and tissue paper, some shower gels and shampoo would be handy.

Very comfortable and equipped with kitchen essentials. Faris very cooperative and flexible with guests request. Highly recommended for families.

The location is good. Very accessible in everything.

Everything was amazing. Location is absolutely gorgeous, views around the villa are stunning morning and night. The facilities are plus inside the villa such as stove, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, and cooking items. You just need a lighter/ match. The setting area in the back yard. Parking just outside the door.

No thing. It was very comfortable.

Locatiion is amazing as it is near everything, 3 bedroom + housemaid room, setting area outside. The place is near the sea and there is a swimimg pool.

The furniture was not clean in the mail hall. The noise from the hotel (behind the villa) was annoying and it last till next day morning. Kitchen is not clean and it was sticky and oily.

I liked everything It was the perfect place I have been in.

We enjoyed our stay , plenty of space for family with 4 children , close to the sea and has a nice community swimming pool gym room

Sometimes the main door smart lock pad will take time to lock or unlock the door . Just keep trying several times 🙂
