The kitchen needs deep cleaning and disinfestation. We saw cockroaches especially near oven. In one room A/C didnt work, and there was no water heater in one bathroom so had to use other bathroom.

We spent great time with family on villa. Great location and view on mountains. Pretty convenient grill area, clean and warm swimming pool. Modern design, comfortable rooms. In fact there are 6 normal bedrooms and 1 small maid room with 2 bunk beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

however the maintenance of the villa is a disaster! - there were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen that went in our food - the pool looked old and the tiles were off, plus in the whole big backyard there was only 1 lounge chair. The choice of the outdoor flooring is terrible and extremely slippery and dangerous - There was huge water leakage from the ceiling in the butler kitchen as well as in the main room washroom when someone was showering - The house is not well prepared at all, there was missing towels, oven mittens, paper towel, tissues, garbage bags, nothing to dry the dishes and wipe the counters, no sponge for the dishes And most importantly this villa is advertised as 8 bedrooms and it has 7 bedrooms only including 1 very small one that has 4 bunkbeds for kids. The 8th room is outside next to the pool washroom and we didn't have access to it as it was locked. Overall if all of the above are fixed, i would give the villa a second visit but as for now the experience did not match the price we paid.

This villa has an AMAZING potential, the size is great, the location and the views are great, the interior design is great.

The amount of things that didn’t work, gas BBQ never operational, outside kitchen wasn’t plumbed, the washing machine didn’t work and when we raised that they said they would fix it but never did. Temporary BBQ was a health and safety risk with holes in it so could not use it The property was insufficiently equipped for the size of the property and number of guests With five forks, six glasses and seven plates for example. One small frying pan and no bottle openers. When we requested suitable amount they came after multiple requests within 36 hours and we were provided plastic forks and paper cups Fridge was suitable for a single family WiFi connection very slow and only one router worked. Not accessible outside Only 7 towels provided for a family of 14 people Communication with the Host via one of the office team and didn’t resolve issues in a timely manner so we ended up giving up. Having to buy things for ourselves when we’d already enquired if we needed to bring anything, and the price we paid for the property didn’t match the value for money The experience could have been excellent for the sake of equipping the property properly and fixing broken items

Upon entering the villa, I noticed the lack of cleanliness and unpleasant odors. The bathrooms were dirty with no soap or shampoo available. It is essential to improve cleanliness conditions and provide bathroom essentials for the comfort of guests. Thank you.

I was captivated by the beauty of the sea and the magnificence of nature. Watching the sea, its waves crashing, and the sun shining on it is a unique and calming experience. It was very outdated / old / and needs proper fixing (especially paint and kitchen) Unfortunately when we arrived the property was visibly dirty both inside and outside. The owner sent the cleaning team again but they were clearly not equipped and not trained. There were flies, mosquitos and most importantly several cockroaches around the kitchen and bedrooms. We shared all photos and videos with the owner and are very upset about this stay. It is not luxury at all and not worth the money charged.

Having cash security deposit or using the card machine (with additional fee) without notifying us. The deposit through card machine is not released immediately. The maids room was incomplete, very tight, not clean we couldn't have anyone stay there.
