A little outdated room - but in general you are there for the city and not spending much time so perfectly fine.

Friendly team, who was supportive. Good location in marina and close to the metro station DMCC which brings you everywhere. Cleaned every day very well. Airconditioning full day which was really nice, that when you came back the room was cool.

The air condition made a lot of noise. Should provide slippers for guests as the tiled floor gets a bit cold. The floor is also a bit sticky, maybe because of condensation?

Room was good. very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is good, at Dubai Marina, walking distance from DMCC metro station, walking distance to JBR, Blue Island, Jumeirah beach, Breakfast was ok. Not too much variety but good enough.

When we arrived, we noticed blood stains on the bedsheets. After reporting it to the staff, it took them about an hour to replace the bedding, which was quite disappointing. However, aside from that, the stay was generally pleasant. A special thanks to Mr. Mahomed, who was very helpful and kind throughout our visit.

The humidity in the bathrooms. We really wanted a balcony. The closing time for the pool was at 8 which I felt was early due to the fact we were touring the city.

Loved the pool area and the breakfast spread was exceptional. The location is amazing although I did want the balcony but it was okay. There was a guy at reception who was very friendly and pleasant from Africa (Ghana I think).

In the apartments there are no good reception of wi fi, in the bathroom there's not much hot water,

The apartment is very good but not that clean, the staff was very helpful indeed especially Khalid, Nihara, Thisuni and others. The breakfast is really good, also the house keeping staff always on time.

Only issue was sometimes the sewers were a bit smelly which effected the hotel bathrooms as well overall its a great place for staying

We had specifically booked for a room with Marina view which is definitely costlier than the rooms with city view and paid for the same while booking. But at first the staff provided us a room facing the next building view, and they initially argued that this is what we had booked for and the pics provided in the booking app was only for illustrative purposes. We didn't agree with them and had to argue about this deceiving act. Also they claimed that all other rooms are fully booked, which was not true, because later they provided us with the exact room as described in the booking app. Had to start the vacation with a stressed situation.

Breakfast was missing main items you would expect to find such as baked beans and grilled tomato's. There was no fruit options such as banana's etc.

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly and even went out of the way to assist. I cannot remember all the names but one I can remember is Khalid the bell boy / concierge. Reception staff were amazing. Housekeeping were great, anything I asked for was provided promptly

Rooms a little dated

We had a great trip at the Signature, the staff were ist class, friendly and helpful, especially our friends NIHAN, the Bellman and Bishnu our room attendant, who were both great and a credit to your company, also worthy of mention was , Muhammed, the night reception manger who was very helpful, also very polite and professional, I have to say the rooms were a little dated and could do with a referb, the location of the hotel was fantastic and the view from our room was stunning, will definitely be coming back to Dubai and The Signature will be our first choice
