There should be a shower next to cold bath for people to shower before plunge into the cold bath after using sona.

Only some activities was not there and i understand that as weather was hot and less people as it is near of closing. There is so many cats ;) which keep fighting and hungry for food .

It’s just that the the tent is hot a normal fan is not a good option because it will bring hot air, maybe a mini portable air cooler would be a better option in the tent

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Longbeach Compound. The unique tent accommodation concept was amazing, offering both comfort and a fun outdoor experience. The activities provided were fantastic—from the night cinema and pool slides to the kids' activities and beach adventures, there was never a dull moment! The only minor improvement we’d suggest is updating or repairing the foosball and billiard tables, as some were old or malfunctioning. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to visit again, insha’Allah. Thank you for the great hospitality!

bathrooms were always full of water and no existed staff to clean, sometimes no tissues in the toilet, bathroom and washroom was big troubles, breakfast was too little options and basics are not tasty, swimming pool is small and not seemed to be cleaned while some people went with not proper clothes to swim. the tent area where we booked was not quite, some people were sitting and laughing beside their tents in the evening not caring for the other families and kids who are sleeping, u should have a rule like no sitting around the tent to keep it quite place for kids to sleep, 10 is too early for the last free drink, as kids go to sleep at this time, and no free drink to enjoy. also you need to make sure the movie was displayed is appropriate for all ages not 15+ like when we were there, cause most of the ages of kids there are at the very early stages, kids will join the movie time whatever is there so very very important to have it animation and appropriate.

Dinner was good and various, entertainment was really good for adults and kids, cinema popcorn marshmallow campfire dancing was fun and kids enjoyed.

We were located on the petting farm / BM hotel side of the resort. The music and announcer from the BM hotel was very loud up until 10pm which made it a little difficult for our younger child to fall asleep. The donkey was clearly unhappy and was seen doing circles in it's very small enclosure. It was very loud around 4am. The following day it actually bit my daughter's leg by reaching through the bottom part of the fencing. The staff did look after her very well and thankfully the skin wasn't broken. The management assured us that the enclosure would be adjusted....but in my opinion the petting zoo was not well maintained and much too small for the animals kept there.

The Family Tent was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 young children. The food at breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Lots of things running out towards end of breakfast however, like coffee machine refills, cups, cutlery. Plenty of activities for all the family during our stay - aqua aerobics, trampolining, face-painting, live music. The children loved the new waterslides and choosing their late night movie. The firepits weren't lit during our stay so they were asking for the marshmallows...hopefully next time!

The activities put on within the resort were excellent - there was something to do for everyone! Breakfast was fab, as was the dinner bbq, and the staff were always polite and willing to help with any questions we had.

Nice tents, lots of activities included such as water slides, kayaking, paddle parsing., you can upgrade to all day soft drinks and then evening food and 3 hours alcohol for 140 AED which is good value. The pool is really nice In the evening for kids there are marshmallows and popcorn, campfire and movie. It's not luxury but it's all nice. The only thing I didn't like was the petting zoo. There is absolutely no need for it at all and the animals don't have large enclosures , they just look sad, hot and stressed. This is not an attraction, it needs to be closed down.

The bathroom but we understand bec its a camping style and type of stay

We love the activities. This is our 2nd time going to longbeach camp ground. the first one was on 2019. the same experience and now there was additional pool with slides which was our favorite because it was so fun ans not scary. They added now as well sauna and more activities like yoga and zumba.

I believe the pricing should have been slightly on the lower side, limited availability of tents and the dome attracts demand and directly impacts the guests
