Trotz der relativ späten Check-in-Zeit von 15 Uhr war das Zimmer nicht fertig, um 17 Uhr warteten wir immer noch und gingen dann lieber in die angrenzende Mall. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man uns wenigstens einen späteren Check-out als Kompensation angeboten hätte. Stattdessen wurden wir um 10.30 Uhr morgens angerufen, ob wir schon auschecken möchten. Man fühlt sich so nicht wirklich willkommen.

Wurden bei Rezeption gefragt ob wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer haben möchten das haben wir bejaht, aber im Badezimmer stank es mächtig nach Rauch, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ zu wünschen übrig alles sah lieblos aus, es gab eine Sorte Wurst eine Sorte Käse, auch die anderen Gesichter der Gäste,waren eher enttäuscht. Wir verließen jedes Mal hungrig das Buffet. Eher 3 Sterne Hotel

Im 2. Stockwerk gibt es einen Club. Mein Zimmer war im 3. Stockwerk. Leider hat man den Club bis 4 Uhr morgens durchgehend gehört.

Echte GästebewertungDie Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine große Mall, und der zentrale Busbahnhof befindet sich gleich hinter dem Hotel. Von dort aus kann man günstig in einem großen klimatisierten Bus nach Dubai fahren. Die Taxis bringen einen überall hin und auch der Preis ist überschaubar. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ausstattung in den sauberen Zimmern iat angemessen. Der Pool am Dach mit einem tollen Rundumblick ist gut geheizt, angenehmes baden, auch am Abend möglich.

Echte GästebewertungSehr nettes Personal, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage ist echt gut, da die Busstation nur etwa 10 min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Dort fahren auch die Büsse nach Dubai ab.
Es gab ein Tür im Zimmer, die versperrt war und vermutlich zu einem anderen Hotelzimmer führt, was bisschen komisch war.

Echte GästebewertungKeine Ahnung wie Leute behaupten können das dieses Hotel 5 Sterne verdient hätte. Bin mein ganzes Leben sehr viel unterwegs und meistens min. 4 Sterne Häuser. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und sauber. Betten sind gut und es war auch ruhig, kein Partyhotel. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich.
Das Früstück ist eine totale Katastrophe. Nur billigste Waren und minimale Auswahl. Allein wegen dem echt schlechten "Früstücksbuffet" werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Der "Charme" einer warmen und Wohlfühloase ist leider nicht vorhanden. Alles in allem für meine Ansprüche nicht zu empfehlen. VIEL zu hoch bewertet wie ich finde.
