Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I stayed in Jannah during summer. They free upgraded to a suite which was highly appreciated. Big suite and comfortable bed.

We stayed last July and arrived at the apartment around 2pm. We were warmly welcomed by Mahmoud at reception. When we realized we had accidentally booked the room double, he sorted everything out quickly and professionally. To top it off, he even upgraded us to a 1-bedroom apartment with a sea view and we were really grateful for his kindness. The apartment itself was awesome, super clean, breakfast had plenty of variety and the location was perfect. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, shower was great, AC kept us cool in the July heat and the pool was amazing. There are some eateries nearby but we mostly used the Careem app, which was perfect for hot summer days. We stayed for 4 nights and really wished we could have stayed longer. It was such a pleasant stay. Big thanks to Mahmoud and the whole Jannah apartment team for making our trip so enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

From the moment I approached him, he was exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. When I needed to extend my stay, Nader handled everything effortlessly and with a genuine smile, making the process completely stress free. He answered all my questions with patience and made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the comfort and experience of every person they meet, but Nader is exactly that person. Because of his outstanding service, I will absolutely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Nader is a true asset to the team, and I sincerely hope he is recognized for the excellent work he does I honestly believe he deserves a promotion.

The staff were excellent and nice, especially Ishasa and Nadeer from reception, they are great. The IT man who came to reconfigure the Wi-Fi modem in the suite, also did a wonderful job. I will definitely stay again next time.

The swimming pool is only open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which feels a bit restrictive, especially in the summer when afternoons in the UAE are extremely hot. The pool also has a uniform depth of 1.5 meters—I was hoping for a shallower section, around 1.3 meters, to be more comfortable for guests of different heights. Inside the room, everything was great except for the hairdryer, which didn’t work properly. It would only run for a few seconds, then stop, and I’d have to wait a few minutes before it worked again. Also, while the warm lighting in the living room and bedroom creates a cozy ambiance, it would be nice to have at least one bright white light available for better visibility when needed. Overall, I really loved my stay—the staff, the comfort, and the interiors made it a great experience. With just a few small improvements, this place would be close to perfect.
I recently stayed at this hotel apartments and truly enjoyed my experience. The place itself is really nice, with beautiful interiors and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff are wonderful—very accommodating and welcoming. A special shoutout to the Filipina (i forgot her name) receptionist even though I had requested an early check-in but ended up arriving one hour late, she still upgraded my room as a complementary without me even asking. That thoughtful gesture really made my stay special.

But total evaluation still amazing.
The spacious room was expectacular. The staff was accommodating and friendly, facilities was clean and I leave my comment in a paper inside my room.
