Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. They attend to clients’ needs, and even when they must decline a request, they do so with a respectful smile that makes guests appreciate and respect the outcome. The restaurant also provides very good service, with attentive staff and delicious food prepared by Chef Martha. Housekeeper Jenefer is always respectful and welcoming, with a warm smile on her face. CanadaOne major drawback is the paid parking for hotel guests. I sincerely hope the hotel management addresses this issue, as it’s inconvenient for guests who are frequently in and out for business. Having to work around parking fees takes away from the overall comfort of the stay. As for visitors coming to the hotel’s nightclubs, it’s fair that they should pay for their parking — but overnight hotel guests should be exempt from these charges. Amier Suliman.

RomaniaThe main problem is the noise. We stayed on the 4th floor, yet we could still hear the music from the ground floor (mainly the bass, but still). Additionally, because of the location, the airplanes are really loud (and there are a lot of them), which is something you need to take into consideration.
I have to say that I like the hotel. The staff is very nice and they will help you with whatever you need, and the food is good. The room service is also very good and fast.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff, cleanliness, amenities, food, internet, everything was as promised. However, I had two issues, the first one is related to the loud music in the bar downstairs which you can hear in your room even at 4th floor. Second one was the location of the hotel, access to downtown and metro station from hotel is difficult as its a quite busy area, a 2 KM drive can take up till 20 mins.
