Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitBit outdated furniture also the phone in the room , the rubber in the windows are old and loose you can hear wind and sounds from outside as it and doesn’t close properly needs updating but that didn’t bother me a lot as basics are there.
- Location is close to dubai airport around 5-6 minutes. - Specious serviced apartments and staff are family friendly with cleaning on daily basis with all needed amenities in the room. - Big pool with lifeguards until 8 pm and slightly salty water (gives you a bit the feeling of sea water and cleanliness). - Tv has various programs live tv , netflix , youtube …etc. - This is my 4th visit to this hotel as me and my family are familiar with it and feel safe here and I might come again the future. - Decent internet speed with special router in each apartment , but sometimes confusing or doesn’t connect quickly in the ground area and the pool side. - Linked to the hotel is Aqua park for the kids but till date not finished, it seems it’s almost complete. - Availability of parking in front of the hotel. - Grocery shop near the entrance with basic family needs including food snacks water juices personal care …etc. - Nearby Dubai Health Care City with hospitals medical centers ans pharmacies also a lovely Creek Park for walking and jugging that included Dubai Dolphinarium a must visit.

United KingdomThe room decor and furniture looks a little dated. A coffee machine would have been great. The lobby area for the residence was by far not as immaculate as the main hotel.
The size of the room was perfect for a family of 4. It came fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ample cupboard space, dining area, lounge, kitchen with integrated appliances and dishwasher. The views from our apartment was absolutely amazing.

United Arab EmiratesHelp from Residences reception! Asked about transport to airport, the only option they informed was a car costing about AED 250! Did not even bother to mention about the availability of taxi, we a had to drag luggage to the front of hotel entrance where the staff got taxi for airport.
Room was spacious, clean and nice views. Kitchen was good, toilets and bathrooms very clean and well maintained. Sitting area was lovely.
