We had amazing 3 nights here! (Wish we stayed longer)..everything was exceptional!checked us in early with a upgraded room with jacuzzi on balcony at no extra cost. Amazing views of the sea! food was outstanding here also! All staff members here were awesome with exceptional service. When I return to Dubai in the future I will most definitely stay here again.

All Was amazing!

The staff were so kind and amazing the beach was the best in UAE and the pool was so big and so nice while the room was so big! I thought it was a suite but it’s a normal room and the bathroom was big and amazing the breakfast was luxurious and amazing the dinner don’t get me started with it was SUPERB! You can find every food from all countries around the world you can find India. Mediterranean Egyptian Lebanese Syrian south and North Africa Emarati America Canadian and so much more it’s so impressive! That is an absolute 10/10 The in room dining was amazing ! The deserts was absolutely amazing you can find most ice cream flavors my favorite was mango and strawberry and there was a chocolate fountain which was yummy! Room 333 I will never forget it! What an unforgettable experience! The balcony was huge ! You can find a checking to relax and a seating area to take your breakfast if you want to and overall It was amazing I am definitely coming again soon!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations, and we felt so well taken care of during our stay. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to ensuring our comfort. We would like to give special thanks to Seanberry and Thiha. Seanberry went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met, and Thiha in the buffet area was outstanding. He took such great care of us, and we truly appreciated his thoughtful suggestions. On the day of my arrival, I was feeling unwell, and Thiha kindly recommended an immunity shot from Zest, which made me feel someone cared and every morning he came over immediately and asked how I was feeling and if I wanted a shot. It was a small gesture, but it had such a positive impact on how I felt. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of the hotel staff calling me each evening to check on my health. It made me feel so valued and cared for. Additionally, we also wanted to mention how impressed we were with the life guards by the pool. It’s clear that the hotel has taken extra care in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, and we seriously appreciate it. Thank you for being so thoughtful and proactive in making everyone feel secure. Also great service from Khin In blow fish restaurant her service was unbelievable everything was on point. Just two little things needed improvement on is the tv selection is not great maybe upgrade to smart tv so guests can log onto their Netflix etc and light in the room is very dim should be a brighter lights near mirrors. Overall our stay with the Fairmont has been outstanding. Please extend my thanks to the entire team they made our stay incredibly memorable, and we look forward to visiting again next year.

Twin beds were not large enough for two adults to share, swimming pool closed at 7 pm which was a let down as in summer heat the best time to go for a swim is after 7 pm.

Excellent Hotel with great facilities, great gym, separate swimming pools for adults and families, Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety and options, Room was large for a family of four. Location is excellent walking distance from Nakheel mall. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Everything was fabulous from check in to check out! Loved the adults only pool, and the service was great. We were impressed with our room - super spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and great coffee making facilities. Breakfast the next morning was amazing, the staff can’t do enough and a lovely selection for breakfast buffet and cooking stations. Can’t wait to return!

The only single niggle was the booming bass music coming from a nearby bar/club. We couldn’t quite pinpoint where but you could hear it all over the pool areas. It started every day from about 10am until late evening.

After a disastrous night at Dukes we went 300 metres down the road to the Fairmont. We were met by Antonella at reception who couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Despite us having no reservation and the hotel being at capacity, she managed to find us two excellent rooms and half board for the three nights we needed. Our stay has been wonderful in every way. From Rohit in housekeeping who has been kind, polite, friendly and discreet, to Antonella and the entire lobby staff including the concierge and welcoming team at the main fort. Every member of staff has been exceptional. The food is exceptional and varied. The pool areas are superb. No silly bagging of sunbeds as we experienced in Dukes. Since we last stayed at the hotel in 2017, the area in front of the building has been completely developed and there is now a pedestrian walkway and bars, clubs, restaurants within easy walking distance of the Fairmont. Also nearby and easy to walk to is the Nakheel Mall which is perfect for most needs. The hotel shows no signs of age despite it being 13 years since opening. It is super luxury. The maintenance of the building is right up to date. It’s gorgeous. Everything works. The ambiance inside the hotel is classy, calming and welcoming. Despite it being full there is a sense of serenity, none of the staff are panicked like at Dukes. Cannot recommend it highly enough. We will be back. 10 out of 10! Excellent.

- : There's only one self-service coffee machine at breakfast, and there's a wait. There should be more. The lower adult pool isn't well filtered. There's sand and hair in it every day. And there aren't electrical outlets on either side of the bed, it is complicated. And the in-room Wi-Fi is really bad at 9 floor
