No balcony to dry clothes . Not many shops local but that was ok as there was a free shuttle bus

Excellent service from house keeping and reception. Breakfast was enough and the room was always cleaned regularly. Would highly reccomend as location was great too and free shuttle bus to places was a bonus especially Dubai mall .

Thank you for every each time the welcoming atmosphere and kindness ! The staff specially at the reception feels like friends when you’re regular guest ! The hotel is super clean and comfortable! The breakfast is just excellent and the food is delicious! Want to thank u specially for Miss Camelia at the reception her splendid kindness and willingness to help with all the needs during my stay at the hotel ! She is doing an excellent customer service job!!! I truly appreciate and love the gesture of the fruit and cheese plate at the room at arrival! very thoughtful 😊

What an unforgettable experience! If there’s one thing that made our stay in Dubai truly special, it was choosing to book this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, they had our room ready by 8:00 AM, knowing we were international guests from South Africa — and they didn’t charge us extra for the early check-in. The manager on duty (unfortunately I forgot his name) made our entire stay exceptional. He ensured we had one of the best rooms with a beautiful view, and the team even offered us breakfast that morning at no additional cost. The hospitality, friendliness of the breakfast staff, and overall service made this feel like more than just a hotel — it felt like home. Not to mention the complimentary Shuttle service to various place at no charge was amazing. As first-time visitors to Dubai, this hotel made our trip memorable, and we’ll definitely return and recommend it to others.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The service throughout my stay was excellent — always friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The facilities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated [you can add anything specific here like the pool, breakfast, spa, view, etc.]. Such a beautiful hotel with lovely friendly staff . The food was really good aswell . My husband had taken unwell and we had to get an outside doctor the staff were so helpful and couldn’t have done enough . Even sent a fruit platter with cheese and crackers and get well note to the room. thank you so much for a wonderful stay . When we return we will definitely come back to this hotel . Thank you ☺️

Nothing in particular about the stay, the food, the facilities and the staff. However, I would like to point out that parking was not so fun. A lot of other tenants have occupied 2 car spaces where we could've parked. Instead, we had to go further up as some of the car owners have parked in the middle of 2 car park slots. Kind of annoying to be honest.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay as the room as exceeded what we have expected, plus the staff are really helpful, shoutout to Ryan from front desk. He's been really helpful from the time we arrived, until the time we left. Overall, the stay was amazing.
