    Clean, well organized

    Wrist bands cannot be taken off, we had to cut them off.

    Our days were full of activities and we had always an option for entertainment for our 1 year old baby. Buffet offered us every day a different selection of meals, everything was delcious!

    The check in process was based on assumptions. I came with my sister in law and we were addressed by language that we do not speak, we were offered another room that we accepted, but I had to ask again for a cot for my baby, even though it was specifically ordered before. We came by car and there was nobody to assist with the luggage at the parking. At the check out staff assumed we came by bus and asked us about our transit time (again instead of offering assisatnce - assumption). Some things to keep in mind and improve for other guests.

    we stayed there back in 2020; we all liked and enjoyed this resort, pool is amazing, cleanliness, caring staff, breakfast scrumptious, you feel satisfied when family is happy; so its a true family resort

    you have to wait for this; so far all was good; from valet to lobby to rooms to pool to dinning, front desk, housekeeping, all did wonderful job!

    Great service well organised food was very good plenty of options always go for all inclusive which is really good kids loved it

    Should accommodate bigger rooms for familys so could stay in one room rather than having two separate rooms like an small apartment

    Food choices were good at every sitting. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in every dept.

    The hotel cannot cope with high occupancy. Check out n process was unpleasant to say the least, and on check out I had to look for my car as valet could not find the key. Yet, they couriered the key all the way to Dubai same day.

    Pool and facilities were nice, food and restaurant staff were always accommodating and friendly.
