Recensione verificataL'Hotel ha una posizione magnifica e la nostra camera aveva la vista proprio sul mare e sulla ruota panoramica. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia impeccabile e l'appartamento era molto grande per un soggiorno davvero confortevole. Inoltre viene fornito tutti i giorni il kit spiaggia, veramente una comodità. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità servita in un grande ambiente sempre pulito e curato. Infine il personale sempre gentile e disponibile,, presente per ogni necessità. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante brasiliano posto all'ultimo piano che vanta una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato a 360° sulla marina. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Recensione verificataSicuramente l'hotel è valido, la posizione è la colazione eccellenti
Purtroppo questo hotel ha una gestione scorretta nel gestire le prenotazioni che lo rende a mio avviso inaffidabile. Volevano cancellarmi la prenotazione nonostante il pagamento in struttura e prima della cancellazione gratuita. Dopo l'intervento di Booking ed il mio mi hanno conservato la prenotazione facendomi stare in ansia durante tutto il volo. Inoltre volevano farmi pagare il letto per il bambino che invece era compreso nel prezzo e per finire mi è stata data una camera che era un vero e proprio downgrade. Quando ho fatto notare che la la camera nno era quella prenotata e pagata, sono stata minacciata che in caso di sostituzione della camera non mi avrebbero garantito il letto aggiuntivo per il bimbo. Ho inoltrato reclamo, ma come temevo, solo Booking su é preso carico di provvedere al rimbirso. Ringrazio Booking per l'assistenza e la professionalità fornite che la confermano come la mia piattaforma di prenotazione preferita.

Terzo letto piccolo e scomodo. Mi hanno fatto parlare con un manager che non ha trovato nessuna soluzione ma ha solo offerto upgrade a camera superiore con un costo eccessivo. Alla fine ho chiesto di mettere un topper nel letto per renderlo più morbido. Da un hotel del genere ci si aspetta che l’ospite sia al primo posto e che non si debba trovare noi soluzioni o comunque non offrire upgrade pagando per un errore dell’hotel.

Recensione verificataLa gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff così come la pulizia sono ottimi. Al nostro arrivo c'erano due bottiglie grandi di acqua disponibili nella camera (gratuite). Dal giorno dopo il signore delle pulizie ce ne ha sempre messe tre, visto che il primo giorno le avevamo finite (estremamente apprezzato!). Molto comodo avere un travel agent all'interno dell'hotel che ci ha organizzato una visita giornaliera dei punti principali della città nonché il safari nel deserto.
La sala per la colazione è relativamente piccola e tra le 09:30-11:00 bisogna spesso mettersi in coda per ricevere un tavolo (orario di punta). In questa fascia oraria il rumore all'interno della sala visto l'alto afflusso è veramente forte.

Recensione verificataHotel non nuovissimo ma molto ben tenuto e pulito; appartamento molto grande e comodo con cucina e lavanderia interna. Servizi puntuali e professionali. posizione ottima, comoda sia alla spiaggia che al Marina, non troppo lontano dalla Metro e dal tram. Ristorante roof top di livello, colazione (al piano terra) molto abbondante (sul late-time le sale sono piuttosto affollate, ma i rimpiazzi sono continui e si trova sempre tutto). Pub aperto fino a tardi (un po' troppo freddo al suo interno, ma ha anche una terrazza esterna). Piscina comoda e ben servita, mai troppo affollata. Personale molto professionale, attento e presente in tutti i reparti: pulizia, colazione, reception e piscina. Non abbiamo usato la Spa ed il wellness center.
