    Dear Booking.com Team, I would like to share the worst experience I have ever encountered while booking a room through your platform. The contact number provided for the property was not working, and I faced extreme difficulty reaching anyone for support. When I first contacted your customer service, it took 23 minutes just to get connected. The agent attempted to reach the property representative but was unsuccessful. I was assured that I would receive a refund confirmation email within 30 minutes — which never happened. I called customer service again and had to wait another 25 minutes before speaking to a second agent. Shockingly, this agent had no information about my previous call, clearly indicating a serious lack of internal communication and case tracking. Again, they tried to contact the property agent and failed. I was then advised to wait for a reply by email from the property agent — an unacceptable suggestion given the urgency of the situation. Please note that I had booked the room for one day only, with a check-in time of 3:00 PM. I was already waiting near the property for over two hours, trying to make contact. In total, I wasted more than 2.5 hours between phone calls and waiting, with absolutely no resolution. After all this, I was simply told to wait for a cancellation confirmation from the property agent. This is a clear display of irresponsibility and lack of care for your customers. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others not to use your platform for any bookings. To the owners of this website: if this is how you treat your customers and run your business, then frankly, earning money through begging would be more respectable than offering this kind of unreliable and disgraceful service.

    It's completely fake. No such property is there. Fake contact details. I got scammed. Didn't got the refund as well. No one helped. Please don't book.

    After making my payment online i called the property no answer. then i sent whatsapp messages no reply then. i called via WhatsApp & my call was declined. As i write this review i haven't received any call back or reply to my whatsapp messages from the property owner. So it's obviously clear this is purely deliberately, intensional to rip customers of their money. Hostel budget bunk located at Shabiya 11, Al Ghala Street Shabiya 11, 117 Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates • 15.5 miles from centre is not a recommendable in terms of professional service.
