It was perfect

We had a wonderful two-week family stay at City Premiere Apartment Hotels. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very well equipped, making it ideal for a family stay. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main attractions, shopping areas, and transportation. The cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend City Premiere Apartment Hotels to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We will definitely choose it again on our next visit.

The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi signal, which was weak at first. Once we reported it, a technician came promptly and fixed it; after that I could attend my office meetings without any issues.

Exceptional family stay at City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments. We stayed five nights (Aug 19–24) in a Deluxe Apartment with my wife and three kids, and the service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The breakfast team, especially Nadeeshani, Shriram, Natali, and Joji, were incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive; every morning we felt like VVIP guests. On our last day of stay, it was sad to learn that it was a last day for Nadeeshani at the hotel as she had decided to pursue her career elsewhere. We wish her all the best. Our delux apartment was spacious and spotless, room service was prompt, parking and accessibility were excellent, and everything worked exactly as it should. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our trip so comfortable and memorable. Highly, highly recommended for families.

The pool area. Because of the construction going on in the other building, the experience of being in the pool is not so pleasant as it could be, but to be fair, it's not really the hotel's fault.

The location was great and I got an upgrade on my room. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the fitness center was also very nice. Overall, the experience was great.

Staff treat the guests badly just yo apply the rule of no visitors. They were chasing me and my friend from the parking if she’s registered and paid all the way to reception. Not how I expected to be treated as a guest!

Frankly, we didn't find anything wrong throughout the whole time we spent there; thus, we cannot say anything else.

The whole commodity was excellent as well as the staff and management. The breakfast was also well organized with lots of variety which we found very delicious.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience and extended 3 more nights The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was welcoming and hepful room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful Marina view I Would definitely come back again

There were some noises coming from the building beside the hotel as they are doing maintenance there , Also, they need to provide electric plug and sockets as they have only one in the living room and the others are connected to the room machines , Either you un plug one of the machine and connect your mobile charger or any other adapter, There were some noises everyday from housekeeping in the corridor to call by their phone to each room to do cleaning and bothering the others because of that , who are starting at 11 am sometimes. I visited this hotel and rented a room 2 years ago and I told them about the sun light which can shine the whole room as they don’t have a blackout for the curtains, and till now still the same problem ?!!!

There are plenty of free parking at the basement, near to JBR and marina mall and Dubai Marina canals with a sea view on it , near to Carrefour market and most of restaurants are nearby and you can go walking .

Over all my experince to stay in premiete Marina was excellent very humble and supportive staff , Apartment is huge neat and clean and balcony in every room They clean daily and everything in bathroom the location is awsome just walk to marina and JBR
