IndiaThe WiFi is extremely poor. If you think you can come and work here, it would be very difficult. We are staying here for 10 days, and our minimum expectation was to have internet access in this developed country. However, it is worse than anywhere else. My work is completely disrupted due to internet issues. Remaining all they are doing best. Internet alone they need to improve first.
Excellent Service and Cleanliness! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. They are also great at arranging anything you need, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The only downside was the internet connection, which could be improved. But overall, if you’re looking for a clean and well-managed place with exceptional service, this hotel is a great choice!

Location was good as it is near establishments. Staff was hospitable and friendly. It is good enough for the price paid.

During my first and last stay in Novotel Hotel Al Bustan, my worst experience felt embarrassed in front of my friends who visited us, rudely approached my mom during breakfast, and didn’t like the way they approached me as well. Swimming pool area we enjoyed but need to educate the receptionist about customer service. UkraineHotel is very old. Walls in the room are dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Curtains have holes on them. Ventilation system was extremely dirty. When the ventilation system was on, it was even smell of mold. When we switched it off, and opened the window, it became better. Bedsheets had some dirty spots on them and somebody's hair. We even put our T-shirts on the pillows to sleepon them. In the hotel there is a disco on the 7th floor. It was loud till 2 or 3 a.m. But the staff warns you about this.
Location was good. It was probably the main street of Fujairah.

IndiaThe staff are not polite, they said that all the facilities were provided when booking the room. After that, they charge for each service at checkout. They charge 15 dirhams for a one litre bottle of water. Also, the rooms are too much noisy and can hear music beats through walls.
