I like the comfort and the staff is cooperative. The location is excellent.

They have to improve the TV channels which are coming in TV. Improve WiFi speed.

The place is really great! The rooms are very clean. Every day everything is refilled and cleaned. Water is also free. Manjuma HK and Khusnuma - Front Office took so good care of our room and made sure everything was tip top, they definitely deserve a shout-out! We are wishfully happy and will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation.

We had an amazing stay Double Room with a spacious balcony and a stunning view. Everything about our experience was wonderful, but I especially want to highlight the housekeeping service, which was truly outstanding. The room was always spotless, perfectly organized, and cared for with the highest attention to detail. Every day, we came back to a fresh, clean, and welcoming space, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would like to give special thanks to our housekeeper, Gagan, for his impeccable work, and to his supervisor for overseeing everything with such professionalism & special thanks to Girish GM. Their dedication, kindness, and attention went above and beyond our expectations. This level of service really made a difference and showed how much the team values their guests. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its modern rooms and beautiful views but also for the exceptional housekeeping staff who made our stay unforgettable.

A comfortable stay , the staff was professional and caring. We chatted with girl staff at the front desk, very attentive and thoughtful. Their service made my stay warm and comfortable. We found the bedroom comfortable and wonderful. We slept very well, and the accommodation was clean and great. Great experience. We were there for a night and truly lucky to have landed into such a nice hotel. Spacious room, good customer service, meet and greet. And lovely staff.

Staffs are really accommodating. Everyone is so welcoming, so respectful and kind. Rooms are always clean, and they attend to your needs faster as they could.

hotel overall stay was very good except food, if the food was good my stay would be very good, I hope they can improve the food variety. Very close to both a Metro Station and a bus station making transportation easy. Also, near Ibn Mall, which is great for shopping and other activities. staffs were very helpful.

The staff is very friendly, especially the housekeeping, laundry is perfect and special thanks to Front Office for assistant. The rooms are very clean and I like that I can open the window to have fresh air. For me is important if you stay in the same place for many days.

Location was great and the staff was superb. The room was nice, required renovation. A little utilitarian, but very comfortable and clean. Just wish it had more character… But it’s a good business HOTEL
