The place needs maintenance and cleaning of the coffee machine, and the outdoor plants need to be cut and cleaned. There are a lot of mosquitoes, and there is no hair dryer available.

there was no water out side to wash feet fromm sand out side .the water you put was not changed what it seems good place to grow mosqueto .we came back home all of us itching like we came back from salala oman .so many mosuito bite itching.other wise it was good.

Maybe the double deck and sofa bed arrangement in the duplex. How I wish the sofa bed is placed near the entrance for extra setting. Otherwise, overall is very good.

There was an issue with the wi-fi. It connected fine to other parts of the area, but as soon as we reached our tent, it wouldn't connect, but that could have been a one-time issue.

The staff were very responsive. Whenever we had an inquiry or request, they fulfilled it quickly. No further comments are necessary for the facilities. It was just as expected for our stay to be comfortable.

Very challenging to reach reception or room service, calls were never answered and when we were told we would be called back it never happened ordering room service was always a challenge The breakfast buffet food can definitely be improved as well as the breakfast service. The entire time we were seated the tables were never cleared and left dirty, guests had to clean their own table and find cutlery etc.

Loved the location and the deluxe villa tent with pool. A beautiful spot to escape and just relax. Beautiful restaurants on site with well looked after facilities. The staff were very helpful at check in and the main reception lobby

Breakfast was very bad. Only one type of fruit, no cheese available. And the scrambled eggs were terrible. For the price you would expect to have a choice and to be asked if any particular need

Tent and beds were comfortable with everything needed for the stay. Having a little swimming pool in the deck is a high point. Personnel was very helpful and polite

a retractable shade on the pool loungers would be a good option, allowing guest to enjoy the outdoor without direct sunlight. the horse ride was a good addition but pricey, and what was supposed 15min ride for my kids only took 5mins.

variety of tents available depending on number of persons Lots of, activities for kids and adults to enjoy.. Food is good and quite affordable. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating. special mention to Vincent and Christopher for attending to our needs promptly and efficiently. Over all a very pleasant stay though short. will definitely come.back. More activities hopefully in the future.

We stayed in tent number 205, close to the spanish restaurant. The only issue we faced was the beach. Most of the time there was not enough of water to even have a dip. It would reach to our knees and the floor was very slimy. We had to walk to a more central location to swim in the sea and even there it was very shallow most of the time.

A lot of flies!! While eating breakfast at the restaurant, we requested a fly fan to atleast reduce the flies coming to our foods but the staff told us they have only one!! Music from an event nearby is too loud! Im not talking about the beach party. But the event somewhere circuit x or nearby.

Maybe a bigger selection of hot food but all in all the breakfast was of a good quality for a buffet. It was not overly busy for our stay so breakfast was comfortable. There could have been an issue at the omelette station if it was busier but for our stay in was fine.

The breakfast was decent. I have seen bigger buffet breakfasts but the selection was good. The options for kids were ok and they seemed happy with what was available. The breakfast was of a decent quality for a buffet and the omelette station was good.

Great location. Stunning views. Staff super friendly and helpful. Loved sitting by the pool which was the perfect temperature. Even though we were surrounded by other tents it felt extremely secluded and quiet, felt like a private resort! However we were a bit disappointed by breakfast, the buffet was cold and selection was poor, there were a lot of flies outside but not a lot was done to tackle this which meant for an unpleasant eating experience. Also be careful when booking queen duplex tent, as we ended up with a tent with 4 bunk beds in when there was only two of us. There was not much room to move around because of this so just be mindful when booking!
