It is conveniently located right next to the union metro station and a stones throw away from the creek river bank. Mr Chibu at 501 does his best to make everyone comfortable. Mr Heesam and Hamid are friendly and tries their best to accommodate to the guests needs. For what's worth, it's an affordable place.

Football team was noisy and they were making noise till 3am causing problem to my sleep. Hamid moved me to another room Rest all was good.

Properry manager Hamid was exceptionally good and intelligent. Very soft spoken and never said no for anything. The room 501 was very cosy View from Property was phenomenal

It's my 4th week stay at this hostel. There are many hostels in various locations all over dubai. It depends on your needs. This place is affordable and yet its' close proximity to Al Rigga, Baniyas, Berjuman and tons of affordable cafes is a plus for those who wants to be in this area....unlike many properties which are located in run down buildings or areas, the property itself is located in a nice and clean building and only 5mins distance to Union Metro. As a bonus, the creek is right across the street and great for those who want to exercise or just take a walk along the river in the evenings. Mr Hamid is awesome and he tries his best to meet the needs of his guests and make everyone comfortable.
