How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The room was nice, but had a few flies which was annoying.
The location is great, very close to the airport. The room was a good size for a solo traveller. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff. The downstairs and restaurant are very well presented.

There was mould that could be seen that made the bathroom look unclean in room 5003. When we were moved to room 5006, this room that much less mould that could be seen.
The staff was well trained and mannered.

I do not expect 2 beds joint together as my request is clear for large single bed.(King/queen size)

The tourist information and travel arrangements were very well organized. The tourism manager was friendly and helpful and helped arrange all the attractions. The drivers we traveled with were polite and happy to answer questions about Dubai. Many thanks for that!

The staff was unfriendly and the room was very dated. Booked a room for 3 people but only were provided with 1 set of towels and 2 beds.
Convenient location for a stopover in Dubai.

Water wasn't draining from the sink so we could not use the sink and there was no hot water in the shower.
It was a spacious lovely room which was pretty close to the airport. Staff was friendly

The hotel is old, and 50% of the rooms are in terrible condition! I understand that there are a lot of visitors but....! Considering that at the beginning of the season and everything is in such a state, there is only one conclusion, the owners do not invest in repairs and renovation at all, which is depressing - and I will definitely not live here anymore!...everything is in silicone, the tabletop is broken, the TV works every other time! stains on the walls! holes in the walls! peeling wallpaper! it's awful..... but for the price and location it's a good option....if you want better or closer to the center or the beach pay more.....or book earlier.... 2 days before my departure they stopped cleaning and giving water, coffee, tea.....until I asked for it nothing was resolved..... I repeat this rating that is here is Markus....if it weren't for him the rating would have been much lower....
very convenient location not far from the metro not far from the mall... daily cleaning, water, coffee, everything you need.... I would like to say special thanks to the employee Marcus! This rating here is yours - I am not the hotel, this person is welcoming, smiling, positive and friendly from the first meeting until departure! He solved all the issues that arose! And if they were not resolved immediately, he achieved and demanded that it be done.....I hope the hotel administration will appreciate this after reading the review.....and if not....I am sure you can find a job in any hotel.....you are great!

The housekeeping dont clean the room properly. They dont even fix the beddings properly, dont vaccum the carpet. The wifi connection is poor.

When I have visited then he told queen bedroom is full so I will give you two single bed and then join it After I have denied they offered be junior suite.which was really awesome.
Ambience and location is very good and bedroom is spacious .
