The villa is very nice and clean. Fully equipped. The pool is big and the water temperature is very comfortable. The barbecue place is well equipped and ready to use. Dina is a very friendly and professional staff who met us and was very helpful. I recommend this villa if you are looking for a nice family place for fun and relaxation.

In a what is absolutely fantastic staycation experience, the way are the red flags to be taken care of. Cleanliness of pool - the filtration pump needs to run often. otherwise, you have algae deposits. Very bad & literally caused health issues to one of my family members. The slope on the washroom is very bad & literally floods the whole bathroom, making it a very bad hazardous for elderly family members (parents). There are no floor mats outside the bathroom - the whole villa becomes dirty, irrespective of how good use is made of washroom footwear.

The property, location, the way it's furnished & the it's beautifully designed. I will keep coming back.

We believe the pool had more chlorine than it should have!

Fantastic stay for large families or groups with kids of all ages. The location is amazing and provides a great getaway from busy city life. Also great level of privacy. The villa was very clean and the set up reflects thoughtfulness to accommodate families needs. We had amazing time! We are definitely coming back ☺️

The smaller rooms had bad AC and smelt like dust. The floor in the living room was a bit dirty.

I like the villa itself. The view, the pool, the living room, the kitchen. They are equipped with everything we need from the kitchen utensils to the linen everything are there already! And most importantly we had fun and we enjoyed alot!

This villa is truly one of a kind! The location is in a very quiet and clean compound. The villa itself is one of the best villas there with direct access to the sea, a private pool and comfortable rooms. This is the perfect villa for families, friends and to celebrate occasions with your loved ones. The rooms were very clean and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen is fully set with everything you might need. The living room is spacious with multiple sofa beds. Available in the villa were multiple swimming gadgets and a kayak too which was super fun to use! In addition, The host is very responsive and helpful so there is nothing to worry about.

Nothing, it’s perfect and the best place for large families, 4 bedrooms with a maid’s room

Beautiful stay, house is fully equipped with towels and everything you need in the kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Outdoors area is amazing, the marina boardwalk where you get to jump and swim in the water is exceptional. The paddle board and kayaks are entertaining. Bbq outside is very nice, and the pool. All the details are taken care, mashallah we visited twice and will be back inshallah.

Amazing location with great facilities, and an endless amount of fun activities to be enjoyed. The villa was very clean and well equipped which lead to a seamless, wonderful stay. Plenty of F&B options within a 10 minute drive. If you enjoy water activities, you will love this villa! Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and snorkeling can all be enjoyed from Villa 182. Highly recommended stay for a fun time with family or friends.

I liked a lot this property and the stay was amazing. Everything we needed was there, they even had a outdoor heater and bbq area that are fully functional. The host Dina was amazing and she was very professional and welcoming. The rooms were fully equipped with towels and amenities. The pool was warm and very good size for the kids and adults as well.

Nothing. Just if you are looking for an open sea view go for villa 66. And if you are looking for direct access to swim in the ocean or do some fishing go for villa 182.

The view was breathtaking! villa is spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the mini playground in the villa and kept them occupied and happy. Outdoor area was very spacious and the host was very helpful and even guided us to the restaurants that delivered and we hand a nice seafood feast. We rented the two villa as we were a big extended family and it was convenient to be couple of minutes away from each other. The host also helped us arrange a setup for my Niece’s graduation by guiding us to a nice company that provided the backdrop and cake. Life vests were available for extra safety while swimming and also floaties. The outdoor and pool were very private. Highly recommend it. Bbq area was also helpful and we were able to get the meat from the near by lulu hypermarket. If you have any elderly who cant go up the stairs they can comfortably sleep on the many wide sofas in the living room and there is a sofa bed as well. Also the maids room is on the ground floor with a bunk bed and a bathroom. My kids didnt want to leave. Thank you for the amazing stay!

No direct beach access for swimming or pool/play area facilities inside the compound, hence need to be prepared for these activities to be outside the compound if needed. Be prepared for that nearby restaurants need a bit of a drive (not sure if there were closer ones but we didn’t research enough).

Spacious living room and frontyard with lovely seaview great for a large group gathering. Outdoors area and dining table equipped with a good number of chairs for convenient group gathering. Separate bathroom in each of the bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen, overall good cleanliness and nicely furnichshed.

the host is unprofessional and she lied to me that the villa is under cleaning since 1:20 I waited in front of the villa for more than one hour to see the last night guest coming out of the villa at 2:40 after few calls the host acted like she didn't know about the late checkout of the guest. The cleaning staff came late and we checked in at 4:30 the place was not fully clean and the kitchen was dirty also the bed sheets are not clean where I think they did not change it with clean sheets.
