No internal cooking facility, you have to go outside to an open area to cook food or to prepare any hot drink (not practical especially during the day), the swimming pool was not functioning and was not clean so we couldn’t swim, the main door to the house is stuck 1/3 way and does not open properly,

The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the out door space was good

The location. It’s a bit off-road but easily accessible. Supermarkets, City Centre Fujairah all with close proximity. The facilities provided… It had pots and pans, an open kitchen, WiFi, TV everything like a full furnished farm house.

Location pin isn’t accurate so you can’t find it easily. I had to call multiple people and drive to two different pin locations before I was provided with the accurate location. Once you reach there there is no signage so it’s hard to know where to go because the pin is on the side of the road. The pool table is not stable and the holes are broken, various things around the house are broken or falling apart unfortunately. The road to enter is a bit difficult if you have a sedan. Also there is no coal for the bbq and you have to buy it. I wish I was told in advance. AC sits on top of the head of the bed so we all woke up with a cold from having air blow at our head all night.

Pool was nice and inside the house is comfortable. The garden it’s beautiful, there is plenty of space for the family and the dog.

The kitchen was outside the house and we could not stand there as the AC compressor was facing it and the stove was very old and not clean. But since we did not cook. We never had any issues

The rooms and hall very super clean and luxurious. All facilities except kitchen was great. No microwave oven but all other facilities were simply superb

Cleanliness was acceptable but not at the standard we have in our home or at a hotel. I've stayed in other independent properties like this and it was probably the cleanest of them.

too much insects which i didn’t expect. the kitchen could have been made part of the resort so that it is protected against insects. as of now, it’s in the backyard and open to all types of insects. i saw a cockroach, a frog and a mouse. i strongly recommend administration to invest more. a curtain to the living room would be good because there is not one. with current situation, admin are doing their best and i thank them for that

The property is promoted as Pet Friendly, but we did not get the same vibes right from the moment we landed . the care taker was definitely NOT a supportive of pets and his body language was extremely Negative. The owner has provided nice facilities but again it is the maintenance of the property ( especially the outside of the house that needs major maintenance). a lot of things in the lawn were under covers and the care taker made no efforts to even remove the covers all throughout the stay . the kitchen and kitchen ware need a lot to upgrade.

The property is well located nestled behind a small hillside and has a very nice ambience close to nature . The owner has taken care to provide all the right facilities in the house though the upkeep of a lot of things in the house is below par. The owner also has a great taste for design and the house , bedrooms and the lawns are well designed.

Pool was not temperature controlled as it was really cold on our stay, also no chlorine not sure if its clean other than that will come back again

Can’t find it on navigation. Only had 1 big Fan outside. Fridge not cooling properly, lot of our things had to be thrown away. The fountain area at the back was dirty. Insects in room.

The manager was extremely unkind and rude throughout our stay. He made no effort to provide good service or to be polite to us as customers. When I complained about his behavior, he refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and remained dismissive. Because of this, I will never visit this place again. We were told that early check-in was not available, so we arrived after 3:00 PM as instructed. However, the manager also denied our request for a late check-out, saying that another guest would arrive at 2:00 PM the next day. Despite the standard check-out time being 12:00 PM, he told us to leave by 11:30 AM without a proper explanation. The condition of the facilities was also unacceptable. We found a cockroach in the pool, and later it was crawling in the living room. There was a sharp object near the pool, and my child got injured and was bleeding because of it. Additionally, we expected to have access to a cooktop, but it was located outside. We were forced to cook in 40-degree heat with no proper tools or clean utensils available.

The amount paid isn't worth the value. The cleanliness isn't great. Many things were worn out. The place requires renovations. It was windy during the stay and the metal roof tops were too noisy.

The place has potential and could be improved. Spacious and good for a group gathering rather than a family stay.

No clear indication to follow, to get to the villa. No normal sedan vehicle can reach the villa. Gate remote didn't work. Hammoc and foosball table broken. Pool pipes lying everywhere. Pool tiles come off and can cut you. Pot plant lying on its side,broken at the main door. Stains on the couches. No oven. No coffee. Main shower didn't work. Someone's personal belongings in the wardrobes. NOT pet friendly, as they not allowed in the villa or swimming pool. Cupboard doors held closed with duct tape. And no extra pillows..

Very nice scenery. It looked very modern. And the yard has a nice layout. And the gentleman that met us there, was very nice.

We reached and there was no elictricity and the owner explained that it was cut of due government work, however it was not available from morning and they failed to inform us before taking 200 km trip and wasting our day..there was very low water pressure as well maybe due to the lack of electricity.. It was very dirty with flys and mosquitoes everywhere inside and outside I never seen a place this dirty before to a point we had to finish 2 bugs sprays in it.. Some facilities was not working and other had lots of dust.. Pool was disgusting full of dead bugs not suitable to swim.. We kept being told electricity will come in half an hour every half an hour in the end elictricity didnt come and we had to leave by 0430 pm.. I wont recomend anyone to book this place
