Lovely hotel staff, really helpful and friendly. Good location close to ski lifts. Great breakfast in the morning - large selection. This was a good hotel for the cost.

None of the food was labelled. The pull out beds were poor quality, OK for kids but not for adults. Bathrooms are old-fashioned, even though the shower was powerful.

Location, breakfast, and dinner included, buffet style. Heating system in room worked well and we had nice views of the slopes we were using.

The hitting of the room makes a horrible noise so when you are sleeping and it turns on you wake up because of the noise. My son was also saying “Papa can not sleep with this noise”.

Food was poor quality, overcooked meals. On the 1st January only one person was taking care of the checking desk and the hotel bar. We were more than 20 persons waiting to be attended at the bar and we had to cue at the checking to have a bit of priority. I hope the woman in charge gets a good bonus and next time they pay a second person to help her.

Excellent breakfast, although the flow of guest tended to be chaotic as the food, plates, cutlery and accompaniments seemed to have placed at random around the buffet area rather than in a logical flow, leading to congestion. While there was plenty food and a good range of dishes available at dinner the quality of the main dishes could have been better. A description of what they were would also have helped.

Great hotel for anyone looking to ski in Andorra. We stayed in this hotel and skied in GrandValira. The hotel was fantastic and had everything we needed. Super spacious! Very clean. The staff was great.

Got refused to check-in althougt I had a valid photo Passport/ID. I just did not want them to make a photocopy of my Passport/ID. They could have used a paperform like all other hotels.

Breakfast nice with variety, just a lot of people

Best price, simple and good enough. 1km away from Soldeu and El Tarter ski liftt. Have a free bus shuttle. You can park in front for free from 8pm to 9am.

The people are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good. Wifi works well in the room for us. Plenty of space in the room. We enjoyed our 5-night stay during christmas holidays!

The best impressions from visiting Andorra. Largely thanks to the wonderful girl at the hotel reception. Special thanks to her! The room is simple, clean, unfortunately the Wi-Fi in the room is not very good. But downstairs, in the smoking area, the Internet works well. Good inexpensive dinner, full breakfast. Very beautiful location. Thanks to the hotel staff

On the night that we check in there are lots of kids who are shouting and very loud that night. It is very annoying and discomfort as we want to sleep comfortably. However, I think they are on a field trip so we just shrugged it off.

I like the view from our room, it is near to Grandvalira and the hotel also have shuttle van going to the ski resort which is hassle free for us as we don't have a car. The receptionists is very friendly and informative. They also speak english and answered our query.

great location, near 2 major ski station. It's convenient if you drive a car. And the room is comfortable with 4 beds, family friendly. warmly air-conditioned, like it!
