The view 😍 from the hotel was amazing. Check-in and out were easy. Free parking. And amazing staff.

The rooms weren't soundproof and it was always too hot even with the radiator off, we slept with the window open all night in winter! It would also have been good to have a kettle in our room so we could prepare the baby bottle easily before breakfast opened. Although their was a microwave at the bar which was helpful.

The smell in the room for myself was not pleasant. I know it was a fruity smell but it seemed to be too much or just didn't agree with my liking, almost like it was covering the smell of urine. Parking was up hill several yards. The path at the top is rocky and narrow. If you have a hard time getting around, I'm not sure how it's handled. Most drop luggage off then go parl and walk down but it's still a hike back to your car and if you come late or leave early and park back too far there is no lights.

My interaction with the reception was very pleasant and helpful. He helped me with my laundry issue and finding where I could go and how to take care of that. Also about directions about the hotel in general. Another positive, he spoke several languages. Was able to use English.

We arrived by bus so it was quite a long (and steep) walk there but the view definitely pays off! We had a problem with the radiator and the bathroom door but it was fixed immediately.

We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Ransol a lot. The staff was outstanding! We could check in earlier and when the radiator didn't work they fixed it immediately. The view from the hotel is amazing! The breakfast was really good as well. Recommended!

Small beds with plastic or vinyl covers that are noisy when you shift on the bed

Exceptional view from spacious lounge and terrace, nice nature walk nearby, buffet dinner was simple but good and good value. Solid doors keep the room isolated from noise in the corridor. Staff very good.

Excellent value in the area, fabulous views from the bedroom, and you can fit the whole family in one bedroom. The staff were very accommodating with our needs for the baby.

Nothing. Just bear in mind that if you don't arrive by car you'll have to walk about 20 minutes uphill from the bus stop.

Great location of the hotel. The room was big and very comfortable. There was a magnificent view from our window. One of the few hotels in Andorra where the person at the reception spoke english.

It is not suitable for family with kids. There is no fridge so we could not cool our drinks and have food on hand for the kids. It’s very warm in the winter so a small fridge is necessary. The beds are very stiff, but that’s a preference for everyone.

Its a beautiful location in the mountains and it was clean.

The hotel was full of school trips, every night. I'm talking about several bus loads of children at a time. Being kids, they were LOUD. Always loud. There was nowhere to be away from them unless you were in your room. The teachers didn't seem to try and exert any sort of control at all. Chanting teenagers, screaming girls, broody smoking teen rebels who didn't know how to shut a door. Specialising in school trips is great, good for the hotel. BUT I wouldn't choose to stay there if I'd known they did this. I want a hotel, not a school camp. I brought it up with the receptionist and I know she spoke to a teacher, but nothing changed. They kept on being loud and boisterous. (Of course they did! They are teens on a school trip!). I'm not against school trips, but I wouldn't choose to go on one. If the hotel had told me this was the situation, I would have gone somewhere else.

We liked the hotel and the staff were great. Very friendly. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and the rooms were kept really clean. The rooms were kept very hot, which some people like in the winter, but I had to sleep with the window open. Fantastic hot showers with plenty of water.

Really great hotel in a spectacular location! The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, even though we can't speak Spanish. The view from our room was stunning!
