The top floor [4th floor] is not serviced by the elevator. The elevator reaches the 3rd floor, and then one needs to walk up.

A “proper” classy hotel at the nicest part of Andorra la Vella. There were some nice bars and restaurants nearby, and the welcome was friendly. The pool is actually on top of the neighbouring building - a car park - but is easily reached in flip flops and bathrobe from the room. It’s funny to be reminded of the rural roots of this place - now more like a huge airport shopping centre than an ancient Pyrenean mountain village - by the crowing cocks from the hillside allotments behind the hotel. Everything was lovely and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We stayed here twice - before and after doing the Coronallacs walking trail - and it was perfect for our needs with the bus stop for the Andbus transfer to Barcelona Airport 20m down the road.

The only downside was the location of our rooms, which faced an internal courtyard – it was quite dark inside, and there wasn’t much fresh air coming in. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

We had a great stay overall. The location was perfect, and it made a great base for exploring the area, with beautiful mountain views from the swimming pool.

The initial room had a view on wall. Not really what I imagine as "inner courtyard". But we could upgrade at a small fee.

The only thing that was frustrating was the key card system. The cards deactivated twice, forcing me to return to the lobby to have the front desk staff reprogram. The second time, I was stuck for 10 minutes behind some guests who had just arrived. While I realize that these cards can be temperamental in the presence of mobile phones, I did my best to avoid direct contact yet the problem still persisted.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception / bar area was very welcoming, as was the rooftop pool at the building behind the property (part of same facility). The room was spacious compared to others in a similar category in which I’ve stayed in Europe. While I would not describe the design or furnishings as “high end,” everything was functional and clean. Plus, the shower took no time at all to produce hot water! The front desk personnel were very helpful with several inquires that I made about the local area. So easy to get to the best parts of Andorra La Vella from this location!

The bedroom was quite dark. Had only small windows which made it a little claustrofobical. The room did not have duvets available.

Nice hotel, able to stop car outside to unload luggage. Parking available for ekstra cost. Very narrow parking- we had a hard time parking the car. Breakfast was standard ok. Great with a swimmingpool with a view! In the center, close walking distance to everything.

The only drawback was the noise of cocks at the small chicken farm behind the hotel.

The location was great, staff was really lovely. View from the swimming pool is amazing! The hotel is not new, our room was rather small, but it was all as shown on the photos. For the price, I think it's a really good value.

Room was small with only basis facilities in the room. Car park was difficult to get in and out of.

Comfortable and clean hotel in the centre of Andorra la Vella. Parking was in a secure car park.
