Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. From arrival to departure, everything was top level and customer centric. The concierge parked our car, attached it to a charger (Tesla). The next (departure) day our car was in front of the hotel, fully charged.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

NetherlandsBefore our stay we got a little surprise - after booking we received message that due to renovation SPA will be not available. This information was not at booking.com at the time of reservation. Spa was one of the reasons to choose that hotel. Fortunately everything went well, hotel postponed start of renovation and we could enjoy almost private SPA.
Great hospitality from the reception desk, welcome cava, spacious and nicely designed room. Refined breakfast options with hot meals directly served to the table, valet service.

Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Dominican RepublicThis is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.
