Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandIt's a very dated hotel but one that fulfils its price and purpose. No air con and it was hot so had to asleep with the windows open with the all the associated street noise. Parkingh was far away.
The staff were helpful and supportive but the lack of English was difficult of me.

SpainItś location. A bit far from the center. Not to much but it's okay. I faced lot of difficulty in finding the hotel as my mobile get switched off. I went to a wrong path and went far away. It may be that reason, why I don´t like its location.
The breakfast was really good. Itś not included in the room rent but really good one. The rooms were also big and neat and clean.

BrazilThey have just one public park around the hotel and it's small, don't have enough space for the neighbors and the hotel visitors, the places to park in the streets are very restricted and also doesn't comport everyone who needs to park there, if you are traveling with car (in Andorra it's extremely necessary a car) should be very hard to park if you will stay on this hotel. Take it in your mind because you can spend up to an hour just looking for a place to park. The shower water was not warm enough, it's cold specially on an winter with very low temperatures it's important to provide a warm water to take a shower. Also the bedroom heater was not working well. I didn't recommend this hotel. The toilet space it's very small.

PhilippinesThere's toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom they forgot to clean also no ventilation in the bathroom then when I entered the hallway it was super dark only one lamp is on so when I opened my door it was total dark I panicked a little because I see nothing it's old place so I got scared 😅 they closed the persiana that's why it was super dark but all good just that. Ah and also if you park there for 15 euros you need to ask them to open the garage everytime you want to go and return. But I liked my stay.
