Staff friendly and helpful, clean and good food. Nice pool in the garden. Hotel well situated near top of the village. Excellent location for hiking. Good car parking space. Very good value for money. Will definately go again.

Exceedingly friendly staff who recognise repeat travellers even after years. Especially thanks to Nello and Augustine who really looked after me. Comfortable rooms with good storage / wardrobe facilities Ample hot water for post ski baths. Good food - huge quantity and good variety. Local dishes as well as more “international” food. Provided a packed breakfast for early departures, which is huge! For the British traveller, the kettle in the room is a massive bonus.

The Hotel had lovely views. Staff were very helpful and it was very clean. They gave us a door between our two rooms which made my life so much easier when putting the baby to sleep. No extra cost for this.

Friendly staff and free parking. Breakfast was good too. We were very happy the hotel is pet friendly and our 2 doggies were welcome with us.

Chief waiter/ manager of the evening dinner room was rather like a retired army sergeant (definitely not the friendly type) and the main course of salmon was accompanied by what seemed to be canned green beans? ( oh well it is a ski resort in winter.)

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful even coming out in the rain to show me where to park. (Thanks to the girl with name S----d ? ) Excellent clean room Breakfast good

The room was a bit small, about 30th s between beds and no room for much else.

Staff are fantastic, very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is very good, pool is nice and warm. The rooms are a bit small for 4 people but it did its job.

A surprisingly pleasant classic Andorran hotel. Staff with a family approach. The possibility of parking a motorcycle in the large parking lot in front of the hotel. We were even offered to park our motorbike in the garage (we didn't use it). Nice quiet location outside the center of Arinsal, but within walking distance. Excellent breakfast in Central European style.

Our room (402) was quite small for 3 people (although the view compensated for it). Just 3 beds, 1 small desk and 1 chair (for 3 people, we'd appreciate 3 chairs). There was no ceiling lamp, just 3 night lamps which made the room gloomy in the evening. There was an electric kettle and tea and coffee but the 3 cups we got were only paper ones and they leaked when you poured hot water into it. I would suggest to the hotel that they replace them with standard glasses, especially since the paper cups are wrapped in plastic foil so there is no environmental benefit. One more suggestion to the hotel manager: please look at the emergency plan at the door of room 402 - the room location is marked incorrectly on the plan, it should be the room in the top-right corner. Still, these comments are minor ones so everyone, please feel encouraged to stay at the hotel!

The hotel is only a few minutes away from the starting point of mountain trails. The bus stop L5 from Andorra is just at the hotel door. The room was very clean, and the staff was superb. We informed the hotel on our early arrival and a nice lady at the reception arranged for us to have the room cleaned and ready an hour before the official check-in. The room was super clean, with great mountain views. There is a swimming pool at the back of the hotel, although the size is definitely for just cooling in the water than for swimming. But children will like it. A plus for a lockbox (save) in the room and an electric kettle.
