The room with an inside courtyard window was very very hot, especially at night. It was 10c outside and 27c inside. Opening the window didn’t help because it was an interior window.

The only bad thing, They don't answer your requests via the booking chat! I don't know even if they speak English well! I had to ask them about the door code before coming and the wifi. Otherwise, in the night, good luck. There is no 24h reception.

It is located in the center of Escaldes. It's not far away from the bus station of Andorra. The room was very good. Big beds, with towels included and warm and machine for hot water with coffee and tea If you want to make The bathroom had some fascinating shampoos trying to reduce the ecological footprint!

The room did get very hot and it wasn't possible to turn down or turn off the heating. Probably a bonus in winter!

The walls need to be repainted, there were visible dirty stains and repair signs. The view from the window was into an industrial patio, 5th floor, surrounded by rooftops, so no view. Bathroom amenities were tiny, not enough for 1 person to take a shower. Next day they didn't add more. Bathroom too big, with a walk-in open shower, felt kinda cold...

Cozy big room, comfortable soft bed, warm blankets, warm room, good big TV, kettle, cups, tea... big closet, extra mirrors. Good location, next to many restaurants, shops, transport connection.

Staff isn’t very welcoming, but alright. This specific room has a small window that you won’t even want to open it as it faces a very dark, small, smelly ventilation area. So consider this as a no window room and if you are fine with that everything else was good in the room.

Location and room were quite good. Room was also very clean and bed linen was of good quality. Good sleep, good shower.

A lady can be more friendly when I did checking-in on January 6th. The hotel management needs to change the description of the single rooms as in my room 208, when you open the window, you will see a technical shaft.

Cleaning at the room is a good and pleasant option to get a drink at the cafe instead of cleaning. Good quality of bed linen and towels. Location is wonderful.

The bathing gel is so small and it's not that nice.

Very near Andorra center. All the shops and markets are just a 100 meter walk. The room is basic but enough for a solo traveler. Everything is clean and tidy. Their breakfast and coffee is top notch but you have to pay. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Location was nice, walking distance to the Paris bridge, and there was a parking lot nearby. Room was clean and had everything needed.

The room doesn't have air conditioning, and the days were really hot (so AC would make a difference).

The location is good (just right in the centre), the staff is really friendly and helpful, the bed is comfortable and the room has a great size, everything's very clean.

Rooms could use a refrigerator/mini bar, also i havent noticed an AC control, it was a bit cold in evening ( mid September).

Staff is professional, fast, rooms are tidy, clean and much bigger than expected. On ground floor is pretty decent restaurant/coffee shop with many breakfast options, wifi, bathroom (good when you wait your travel time).

There should be a partnership with a parking place near by, an the instructions to arrive to the hotel should be more clear

The location of the hotel is perfect to walkthrough the downtown area of Andorra la Vella. The price was fair for a last minute reservation.

- The perfect location also has its downsides: You can hear people outside (pedestrian zone, town centre) until late at night and in the morning, there are cleaning vehicles driving past the windows. Not easy for someone like me who hears absolutely everything while they "sleep". - A kettle in the room would be nice. As I didn't sleep well and/or was up early, I thought I'd have a coffee, but the café downstairs opens only at 8am.

- The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Andorra La Vella, you can walk everywhere. - The staff is very friendly. We had two seperate bookings and they made the move from one room to the other so easy. Thank you. :)

I went with my couple and the place was great. Alejandra helped us with a trouble we had in our booking (problem on our own) and we could stayed there for the weekend. She made more than an extra mile to help us and we really appreciate that. Thanks Alejandra! The bed is super comfy, the bathroom is spacey and the installations were super clean. The breakfast have a good relation price/product. We will definitely go back again! (:
