The owner not answering to any messages, 1 month later and I have yet not gotten a answer or appoligy from the owner

It was generally a good stay, but the staff not answering to messages or phone is not acceptable, which makes the stay not as good. The cleaning lady was thanfully so nice and helpful, she helped me with the questions the owners just ignored and did not answer.

Some of the bathroom equipment needs to be updated or mended. In another room the shower didn’t stay on the mount and had to be hand held.

The room lacks adequate lighting and the bath is too short to fulfill the role of a bath (for an adult) ! The local building works were noisy and started at 7:45ish each weekday (and look set to continue through 2025).

Location is brilliant. Local bars and restaurants are superb; the local cocktail bar is exceptional.

Check in was most unusual. Code given for entry on keypad. No staff - in fact, we saw no one in hostel for our entire 3 day/2 nite stay, but, all in all worked out fine. Was easy to contact for info re entry & parking.

Location was great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see/do. Bed was comfortable.

In the evenings, it was a bit noisy due to the bands, but the nights were calm.

After being told a 1:00 pm checkin the day before it was moved to a 3pm checkin. Once in room after 1pm I had several knocks on my door saying they didn't clean the room completely. Also since there was no attendant on duty having one on duty would make great sense.

I liked how the location is amongst the older part of Andorra central. With most of everything of historical Andorra within walking distance this place made the most of your experience. Although the stairs were tight it was a good place to stay.

The room was very small, with low ceilings. The bathroom was also small, with a tiny bath and a cheap curtain. No elevator, narrow and low stair (hit my head with the threshold). No reception, no air conditioning. We were unlucky to have some loud neighbours and we could hear their discussion until 2 :30am, when someone from another room told them off menacing to call the police. There should have been somebody from the property sleeping at the hostal to fix this situation.

Excellent location. It's pintoresque. Exquisite decor.

Perfectly situated in Barri Antic, just a few steps away from historic Casa de la Vall. Good location to see all the interesting spots of Andorra la Vella. Typically andorran style, building is cosy and looks ancient, I liked it a lot

It got really hot and I couldn't find a way to cool it down, even with the window open. The rooms at the top of the property probably need fans. I'm sure it's great in winter.

Hostal Cisco de Sans is a good place to stay in Andorra La Vella. It is located slightly away from the main touristic areas so it's relatively calm and quiet, with close access to nice places to walk and points of interest. There is a small grocery market very nearby, as well as a few restaurants and other shops. The space was small but comfortable enough for a short stay.

the fire place was not working, the TV in sitting area was not working, room was very small and roof was very low down from one side, as you got to climb few sets of stairs so its not suitable for kids, old people or with any difficulties. WIFI WAS VERY BAD especially when your European/UK sim packages dont work in Andorra. Parking is very expensive around the area.

The walls are supper thin and when someone upstairs moves and nor puts something heavy on their floor the wall breaks up and creates crumbs in your bed. So, I often slept with sand grams in my bed from activities upstairs, the foundation/ roof is not properly made. The shower is also not ideal, it did not sit so I had to hold up the shower head and its positioning is terrible. This is an issue that can be easily fixed

The location and the responsiveness of the staff. Great value for money and a caretaker/ cleaning lady who tries in spite of language barriers. Would I do it again yeah, but now I know to use the top floor.
